We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe unexpected pet fee per night and the unexpected deposit. Booking didn't list either. Staff was condescending when I was surprised. I understand having a fee for a pet, it just wasn't listed anywhere. Larger chains I use also only charge 10 per night where this place charged 25 per night. The deposit was 100 and another surprise. Again, I undemanding it. It just needs to be told beforehand and not as they're taking your card to charge it an extra 250.
Price for room was good. Room was clean. Vernal is great.

United StatesThe sink faucets were covered in dried up soapy water leftover from the previous occupant and the toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned for at least a week. With obvious gross lack of cleanliness that was clearly evident, I wondered about the cleanliness of the rest of the room that wasn’t as easy to see if it was clean or not. I like to support small family older motels but at least make it clean and not disgusting.
