Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesPool and restaurant were not up to par.
The food was not the quality I have experienced in the past. It seemed very institutional and not the home meal I remember. The fish was rubbery which means it was frozen and over cooked. The salad bar was good. It has been about three years since I stayed there and it was a let down. I understand the Inn will be going through a big remodeling. I am sure that includes the pool because the pool liner was torn in a few places. However we like the park and village and will come back.

United StatesCheckin was unacceptable for one family member. We were told she didn’t have a room (even though we had proof of confirmation) and staff initially were not interested in helping resolve the issue until we complained to the manager. Eventually, they found a room for her but it wasn’t the same room we initially booked even though we paid the same price for it.

United Stateswe’ve stayed here before and this room we had this time was something else. the shower had towels in it from previous customer. none of the lights worked. the bed was so very hard and off the frame. we tried to adjust it and did the best we could. the worst thing about the room was around 630 am something sounded like a jet had landed out our room. we weren’t sure if it was the kitchen or laundry starting but it was very very loud. we were on the 3 floor.
we always enjoy the restaurant on site and the food and the service.

United StatesThere was what appeared to be mold in our bathroom. Difficult to see in the pictures but apparent in person. The pool liner was in terrible shape and you could feel it separating from the floor below it. I’m surprised they are allowing people to swim in it. It seems like a potential safety hazard. The bedroom was very humid. There was a dehumidifier in the room but no instructions with it. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The floors appeared dirty and stained. The cost of this room was overpriced. For the price we paid, we could have been in a beach front condo in Florida. Extremely overpriced.
The location was convenient to the park. It was quiet in most areas of the facility and the staff members were nice! Parking was nice as well.

Also the pool was on the ground floor and the doors were broken so we had to walk up and down steps to get to the pool. Unfortunately I was recovering from cancer and not able to walk up and down the steps very well it was a true struggle

United StatesThe air conditioning. Unfortunately we were there when it was 90+. Our room's unit could not cool under 78 or so. There was a humidifier... didn't help. The second night our room was 80+. It was too hot for me. I slept on the couches in the game room with one of our kids. Sadly, the entire Inn was out of AC. It's a lovely Inn. My family plans to visit again after the renovation. I hope it keeps it's old (raise those ceilings! ductwork is "in"), but gets a nice facelift (AC please!).
We had a wonderful time listening to a band in the great room. We had a nice lunch at the Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Pioneer Village. We had so much fun in the pool! The game room is a nice touch and came in handy later. The back patio was gorgeous. All the chairs and swings and tables were really nice. The flowers were gorgeous. It's a lovely old Inn. I appreciated having a small frig and coffee maker in the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
