Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only thing I didn't like was that one of the room's standing lamps on your left side wasn't working.
The receptionist on that night was super friendly and helpful. He made all processes very smooth.

Nothing that I really disliked. The fitness room could have been a little better but that isn't the biggest part of why I stayed here.

The location is convenient to drive around town or to connect to different highways is also near restaurants. And convenient stores.
The friendlessness of the Staff, the immediate attention to my family needs during our stay at this facility. The outstanding service, staff goes above and beyond for travelers to have fresh and vast variety of food available during breakfast hours.

I went to this hotel after booking another one down the freeway that had so much mold in the room I was able to photograph it, and you could definitely smell it when you walked in. This hotel was clean, and the staff was really friendly. I will say the coffee was pretty bad. Not sure it qualified as coffee. Other than that, very quiet hotel, and I was even on the ground floor next to the parking lot. I slept better than I have slept in any hotel room.

The front desk staff was amazing. They quickly took care of a mistake with the booking of our room and were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I do not remember her name but she worked the Weekend and was there Friday night when we checked in around 7. She was wonderful

All the restaurants in the area were awesome but did not have “enough time” to completely enjoy Round Rock! Will definitely stay there in the near future to visit my sister’s family that live 10 minutes away. You guys are great! Check in reception was awesome and checkout receptionist and another lady, maybe supervisor, was smooth/attentive. I told them exactly what I put on this survey. You guys are better than Double Tree by Hilton. Their Cookies just did not cut it.
I had annual exams at MD Anderson in Houston. We stayed at double tree with kitchenette, sofa bed and complementary breakfast. Your room was very comfortable and the area with refrigerator, microwave and desk area was very spacious and clean. Your breakfast was so much better, variety was excellent and the lady was so great at keeping everything stocked and it flowed nicely. My Pomeranian did his business outside and the poop bags were fully stocked.
