We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe had a horrible experience with the front desk staff. Despite paying up front with Booking.com for my husband and his coworker's rooms, when they arrived, his coworker was told that his room was not paid for, the card was declined (which makes no sense, it was the same card that paid for both that fully went through). The front desk staff told my husband that we should never use Booking.com because its a third party service and that we needed to call them because their hotel was not paid for my coworkers room. They raised their voice, talked over my husband (and me when I called) and honestly, treated us like we were being unreasonable or trying to steal something. I called Booking.com, was on hold for 20 minutes, finally got someone who helped me, confirmed that I did in fact pay the full amount and that the hotel had taken the funds for both rooms. Finally the front desk admitted that they made a mistake after over an hour of back and forth with them. Then to top it off, when my husband went to check out at 5am on Sunday, they had the audacity to tell him that he needed to pay over $300 for HIS room (which was never the original problem) because all the funds had been transferred to his coworkers room and again they were applying the funds incorrectly. He walked out and told them to figure it out and refused to pay for the same room again. There was very little water pressure in his room (423) and he never got hot water. It was slightly warm, but even turned all the way to hot, it never got warm enough to be comfortable. After the situation with check in, he didn't want to deal with reporting the problem because of how rude and uncomfortable it had been to deal with the front desk.
The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.

United StatesUnfortunately I was there while there was a children’s party in the lobby which changes the bar and lounge vibe and lingered into sounds of running back and forth above our rooms. More importantly, I experienced one of the two front desk staff to be discourteous and dismissive. Perhaps she was affected by the party. As a guest, it’s difficult to recall my experience favorably after such brief but very poor interactions. It’s ironic that it May happen so rarely in life generally, but when it does, it’s in a paid relationship in. hospitality.
The facilities are as depicted on photos. Beautiful, updated, modern.

It was late and my entire family was up late bc of them not moving quickly! As if that even mattered once we found BLOOD STAINS ON OUR UNUSED BED SHEETS!!!!
