Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I entered the hotel the receptionist looked at me and then held out her hand , I said what and she said your credit card. Never said hello, good morning etc. she was kind after that but I think the first impression to a guest was unprofessional . She was the large size receptionist

The shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient, the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. we stayed one night before going to the airport and it was a great deal to wake up in the morning, eat a big breakfast and get taken to the airport right on time. Well worth it!

Having to pay for parking when there were plenty of spots open in the parking lot. It’s ridiculous to have to pay for parking at a hotel. Next time we will probably stay somewhere else because of that.

What else would you expect of an airport hotel? Convenient location, reliable shuttle, friendly and efficient staff, spacious room with a comfortable bedding. Sufficient breakfast options. We did not use the pool. Would stay again, would recommend.

Paying $31.00 for parking.
The room we booked had plenty of space, and the location of the hotel was easy to find. The room was clean, and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The midnight clerk was sweet and informative.

There was nothing to dislike, it’s very basic but does what it says it does and shuttle to the airport is a big plus!

The breakfast is disgusting. But, it’s also typical of American mid level hotels, lots and lots of processed food and sugar and carbs. Yuck.

My room was not ready, I was given a different room than I wanted at a higher price. My online payment shows as submitted but I had to pay at the location again for the new room.

The property is in need of a general refresher. Filthy windows, spotted & frayed carpeting, spotted & dinged paint. However(!) — for a short stay after arduous travel, it does the job!!
Breakfast was a great start to a long travel day. Well prepared, fresh @ ample. A definite plus for this property. Also, very much appreciated the quick, frequent shuttle service to the airport.

When we asked for extra pillows and blankets we were told we had to come all the way down to the front desk to pick them up. For as much as we paid for our suite, we shouldn’t have to do that. Morning of checkout housekeeping was knocking and walking right into our room every 10/15 minutes. Lastly, there was broken cupboard doors Snd the pullout couch had dirty sheets and stains on it.
The staff was very friendly for the most part.

Michelle at the reception was so awesome! She's so down to earth, instant connection and made us feel so welcomed. People like her are a huge asset to the company. The ladies during breakfast were lovely. Great experience overall

1. parking lot costed 31$ / day, which were incredibly high for me. 2. The bed were a little bit soft.
1. The reception men were super kind. I was impressed. 2. The location is perfectly close to the airport. 3. Breakfast were kind of plain but qualities were not bad. 4. 3 elevators were working together. In short, you don't need to wait much.

Difficulty with WiFi - lost connection frequently
Breakfast lots of choices and several waffle machines to avoid long waits. Staff in buffet area very friendly and great! The convenience of the free shuttle to O’Hara to catch the train into Chicago.

For 4 people we had a couch instead of a second bed. Was ok but could’ve been a bed.
Staff was great, breakfast was ok. Hotel is further away from the city, but it’s also much more affordable than a hotel downtown. We had a great stay thank you! Can absolutely recommend for a trip with friends or couple if you’re looking to save money. Room was clean and the one bed we had was comfortable. Couch was ok too.
