The hot tub was not working for our entire stay, our tv was a little tricky to navigate. We were a family of 5 in the room and we continued to ask for more towels because they only left 3 in the room.

It conveniently located for us. Employees were great and always had a smile on their face and worked hard for guest. Breakfast was always great!

The hot tub was down and that is a BIG deal for us since we are older and the hot tub is something we look forward to. Not having it up and running made the experience less attractive. The hot tub and the breakfast is lame. Why can't you guys get a waffle maker and a little more food? A little variety is good. You guys probably have one of the worst breakfasts ever.

Breakfast. Way too few seating options, no possibility of eating outside even though the place has a great teracce. (It has chairs and tables but not suitable for eating). Only one staff member was present for the breakfast, so the guests had to wait for everything. Even though the room was basically brand new, we unmistakably felt cigarette smoke upon entering every time. Maybe only because the room number was 420 - not sure. :)

-more outlets -more rooms with two queen beds. Double beds are really small. -the shower needs a corner guard so water doesn't get all over the floor....or just take the tub out and do just a shower. -TV is in a weird place and the room layout is a bit awkward. -The pool had so much chlorine in the air that I couldn't stay and watch my kids swim. I had to keep going outside just so my eyes would stop watering. It was nearly impossible to keep them open in that room.

There was no guest service transportation. I took my car in for service at Ken Garff Jaguar and Land Rover and I needed a ride over to get my car and the hotel couldn't help me with a ride over.

I disliked the size of the rooms, the hot tub being broken, the size of the pool, the construction going on from 6 in the morning to past 6 at night, the noise, the coffee, the lounge freezer is not very cold and the ice cream was melting when opened, and the layout of the rooms. I liked that facilities gave us new towels daily, and that the staff was friendly.

The food was terrible. The hot tub didn’t work. The AC unit wouldn’t keep the fan in had to call maintenance. They were going to give me a refund, but since I booked it through booking.com they couldn’t. The pillows were terrible.

The outside was nice. They let you bring your animal. The staff was great. Very Kind.
