I mentioned in „requests” that it was our honeymoon and we got the smallest room on the floor when I looked at the floor map :( In December it was very cold in our room (60-65°F) despite the thermometer set at 76-80°F and on „hot”. Room 723.

Great location, next to Times Square and subway we were able to go anywhere in New York from that station. Hotel was nice and cozy, big plus for breakfast included.

The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I also requested that room service come back to clean as I wanted to sleep in and they interrupted anyway. The room was always very muggy. Humid.

Breakfast was average at best. Americans really seem to struggle to do breakfast right. And what’s with the paper plates and plastic cutlery? Not what I want in a £450 a night 4 star hotel.

Superb location just 5 minutes walk to Penn Station, and a similar distance to Times Square. Not on a main avenue so it was nice and quiet too. Comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Lovely, well appointed rooms. Really helpful and polite staff.

Almost everything was great, but breakfast could be a little busy and may not find a place where to sit, although breakfast area is big so a table will be available in a few minutes. Lifts also can be busy, but they are big and fast so wasn't really a big issue. Bathroom door can be closed better for better privacy as it just slides without properly closing.

Large room, large tv, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Complimentary drinks from the bar during happy hour and free hot choc later. Location close to time square and the Empire State Building. Friendly staff.

Breakfast akin to a works canteen with paper cups and jostling crowds. Certainly not a relaxing start to the day so avoided and went out for coffee instead.

Location good for sight seeing. Very clean rooms. Not the biggest but good value for NYC. Everything worked and wasn’t as tired as some hotels I’ve stayed in

The location could be a tiny bit better but it’s okay. The shower nozzle or the water pressure could be a bit stronger or better.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. And we loved the set up or the layout of the room .

Room size varied quite a bit and could have been bigger.

Location was good as it was close enough to Times Square, Fashion Street and other attractions. The breakfast buffet had sufficient spread. The staff were very helpful and friendly with all our requests and needs. It was a great hotel and value for money.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. Just a little bigger would have been perfect.

Staff are very nice and polite. Breakfast is good and perfect options to start your day. Most importantly, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location was perfect! I would definitely go back.
