Great staff, cozy rooms, a wonderful location and an amazing breakfast. While reading the other reviews, I was apprehensive of the breakfast choices but this hotel is a great value for money. A true gem for those with a moderate budget.

Sometimes the orange juice wasn't properly mixed so that the juice was either too dilute or too concentrated.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were within walking distance of many restaurants as well as the subway. Your concierge was most helpful and made it easy for us to reach our destination. I also liked your touchless water dispenser in the dining area.

The breakfast left much to be desired. The bread was dry, and the coffee was quite underwhelming. As for the orange juice, it tasted more like water that had briefly been near an orange than actual juice. However, since breakfast is included in the room rate, it's not a significant drawback. We gave it a try once but chose to have breakfast in the city after that. The shower in the room posed a bit of a challenge. It required careful use to avoid flooding the entire bathroom. We ended up placing a few towels on the floor to keep the water contained. That said, the shower itself was satisfactory, with good water pressure and temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were particularly impressed with the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a great experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always ready to assist with a smile. The room exceeded our expectations, especially considering New York's typically compact accommodations. It was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also notable. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Although we noticed a few areas that could benefit from a touch-up, these were minor and did not detract from the overall experience. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore New York’s major attractions. The central location, combined with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, made it the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in New York.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Great location for getting around the city and some of the main attractions were within walking distance. Very handy to Penn Station as well. I had stayed in this Hotel before and was very pleased so I decided to book it again for this trip.

The proximity of the toilet to the bed in the rooms is a little too close and weird that it’s a sliding door instead of a door that fully closes. The elevators are a bit slow.

The hotel is conveniently located to the convention center. The water station was always filled. And the free breakfast is appreciated!

It's a busy hotel so the breakfast could be a little crowded.

Very central location and the sound proofing for being so central was excellent. The staff were outstanding, especially Jeffrey on the front desk.

lobby and restaurant in the morning smelt slighly oily in the morning. Slighlty hard to store luggages in the room for daily use.

***From my 16-day stay experience*** Location (very close to Penn Station of NYC Metro), friendly, helpful and patient staff, simple but satisfaying breakfast, free happy-hour drinks from 4-5pm each day, clean recycle and rubbish bin in the room, clean gymroom, smooth and rapid WIFI even for high-resolution video calls, luggage scale in the lobby, flowery shampoo and body wash, super clean washroom, 10 clothes hanger in the room.

The breakfast itself was overall really good, but there was not enough space for all guests AND the utensils were plastic and plates were paper plate which we were not happy about. No recycling at all, just one container for all trash.

Location - close to metro and walking distance to Times Square. It was quiet which was not expected for New York. The room was spacious. Shower was great. Luggage storage. Clean. Nice staff.

In the bathroom you need more hooks on the wall to hold wet towels. I had to drape my towel over the TV to dry, because the one hook in the bathroom was being used by my husband.

Breakfast was very good. But pork sausage substitute did not taste good. It was very quiet. We had a good night’s rest.

Breakfast was okay, if a little stressful to navigate. Paper plates and plastic cutlery were a little odd. The sliding door to the bathroom in our room was super stiff and very difficult to open and close. AC very loud.

Great location. Close to some important sights and on a good subway line. The surrounding area was a bit rough though, with quite a few rough sleepers and a constant stench of weed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I spent ages trying to find the right hotel in New York and I’m so glad we settled on this one! Great location, staff and hospitality. Look no further and don’t worry about the reviews about lifts and breakfast. Have a little patience and all is wonderful!

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was so bland and nasty. Not what I had expected at all.
