Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesPaying $25 for parking. I don't like when hotels charge parking.
The hotel is located across the street from the tram, very convenient. Not noisy or very busy area.

SwitzerlandThe sofa to be converted in bed for the 3rd person was dusty, smelly, and uncomfortable. The guests have to prepare the bedding themselves, quite annoying when you arrive late in the night after a transatlantic flight. The room is good for two, definitely not for 3.
good location, out of the chaos of the strip, but close to the monorail that brings you there. Equipment quite old but comfortable, good complimentary breakfast.

United StatesThe room made no sense. The two way switch for the ONLY light, which was over the bed was horrible because if you turned it off by the bed during the day, you would come back at night and the switch by the door wouldn’t turn it on. We had to use our phones to see to get back over to the bed. Also, the hooks for the towels were in the toilet room, not the shower room. Why???? Lastly, no bed side lamp, so if I wanted to read, we had to keep the huge, bright light over the bed on and blind the other person trying to sleep. I have truly never experienced these odd situations before. Also, we got one hand towel, even though there were two rooms with sinks. Also only one wash cloth. There were two guests.
Easy to catch the monorail and not in the chaos of the strip. Parking was easy also.

The location is perfect is you're looking at walking around the Strip without spending a ton of money. The rooms are HUGE and clean, bed is comfortable and for the first time in Vegas, I didn't smell like smoke coming out of a hotel lobby.

SpainI received a special discount code, but I let it expire, then when I got to the hotel. I asked if there was a similar rate available for the period I needed, the answer was no and I was suggested to book a room with a full rate instead. Then I just sat in the reception and made a reservation through Booking com, I got an even cheaper rate than my original discount would give me... Also the flash in my bathroom was broken in a way it flushes the water every hour or so even during the nights, so it was very annoying.
It was clean, the room was spacious, even when placing the "sleeping more" sign at the door, the cleaning team showed up and left a note at the door saying they came but didn't enter the room.

AustraliaThe sink in the bathroom would back up when someone used the one in the toilet which was unpleasant. Big lines at breakfast meant sometimes having to wait a while to get what you wanted. (Breakfast was tasty though)
Convenient location for us without being too busy. The room was decent sized for the price (for Vegas) and managed to just fit our family of 5 in. Having a separate toilet and bathroom was great as kids could still use the toilet while the shower was in use.

United StatesMystery $10 charge to my credit card I found when I got home. Access to quiet areas like the pool deck to enjoy morning coffee (door locked til 11) the coffee bar didn’t open until 11 so we had to walk to Westgate for coffee
Accessible to the monorail! Just across the street at the Westgate casino! Made navigating the strip a breeze and just a short Uber or lift to Fremont street.

AustraliaThe trundle bed was really uncomfortable, and only 3 towels were provided for 4 off us, both days. It was in a relatively good position but further than we thought from the places we wanted to visit so that meant taxi, User and bus.
The staff were friendly and helpful The room and bathrooms was clean and fresh. Enough bench space.

PolandNo mention of the paid parking which is $24 per night. While I now know this is vegas so everything is expensive, but if I knew that - I wouldnt stay there. There are many reviews of great breakfast. Well maybe compared to US standard it’s good, but in reality this is not much better than a holiday inn express which is also much cheaper.
Clean rooms and bit more space than a traditional double queen.
