Had to try and locate the parking entrance which was a minor issue. Parking is an additional fee but well worth it for a wintertime stay.

Room, lighting and entertainment all very modern. Parking was enclosed and excellant. Front desk and staff cheeerful and helpful.

We were told our room would be cleaned the third day of our stay and it wasn’t. We would have like our trash bin emptied and a few fresh towels.

Advertised as hotel charging station should be in their parking lot not public.

This was our first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. We liked the suite style of the rooms and the pleasant modern decor. The room was spacious. Really appreciated the coffee bar in the morning down in the lobby and workout facilities and the car charging station behind the hotel.

So clean! Everything was beautiful! Very safe -had to use room key to get to any floor on elevator. Staff great! Best beds and pillows! Quiet room even though in middle of downtown but we were there on Monday night. Breakfast had fresh food and fresh fruit! Strong coffee! No stains on carpet in hallways like all other hotels we stayed in the last week on our cross country and back road trip ! I will be staying in Springhill Suites from now on! Thanks Marriott Bonvoy! I totally did not mind paying $25 for parking bc it kept our giant lifted truck in a safe parking garage that actually fit!

There are a decent amount of homeless people in the area and screaming from people which can be a little frightening to go out at night.

Very dog friendly, clean rooms, nice staff. It was great that they had a private lot that was only accessible through room key so it made me feel safe with my car parked overnight in the city.

When I initially called to see if the pool was operating, they sent me an email indicating it wasn’t working (third party site). Turns out it was working, but the lady on the phone seemed very cold.

We had a late night check in because we were coming from NYC. I called ahead to ask them if pools were working and it was. (Sole reason why I had decided to stay here with family. We had some issues with the television and I was surprised that the staff member came upstairs to personally check on the tv and they had switched us to another room.

Breakfast options were fine, but not better than cheaper hotels (bruised old fruit and school cafeteria quality proteins).

Room was clean and new. Bed was very comfy. Parking was secure and reasonably priced. Staff was wonderful!
