Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great hotel, very nice for the price. You can't beat the balcony and view from each room. I would stay here again.

The only thing was there was no waste basket inside the shower, toilet bowl area, but it is outside the door where the mirrors and hair dryer was. You can move it inside instead.
Very clean room. Maid service comes every other day, employees were always working on things around hotel, so if you needed towels, or something else they helped in anyway possible. Very nice experience with hotel. Inside the shower they had a bar to step into the bathtub to hold onto. They had, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the wall.

There was no hand soap or lotion provided. It was awkward to have to use soap from the shower when washing hands
This property is amazing, especially for the price. Lots of room, little kitchenette area, balcony with ocean views, clean, etc.

It has been a while since we have been and I was disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Also the pool water was cold and very cold in the room. I had a jacket on and it was still cold.
We loved the breakfast and different hot and cold options and the waffles. The room was very nice and beds comfortable. Loved the balcony and seeing the dolphins.

The pool was heated, but not heated enough for December. But the big issue was the space that the pool was in, didn't seem heated at all. One of the reasons we decided on this hotel was for the indoor pool, and we couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes. Also, the water in the shower was barely warm, so showering wasn't comfortable.
The location is wonderful. They have added a bar since the last time we've stayed there and it's a great addition. The breakfast is good, there are lots of variety.

It's winter so already it's cold to be on the beach but the room was freezing. The thermostat was at 68 which is the norm but with how cold it was outside I wish we could have been able to make the room warmer. We tried but the thermostat was very loyal to it's 68 degrees.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was right on the beach with a great view, even got to see a dolphin which was exciting. The room was clean and every time I encountered a staff member they were so polite and welcoming.

I was charged twice for incentives, and no one wanted to fix it they just told me it would come back into my account after my stay. Instead of $40, I was charged $80. I still haven't received it back, but it is only 4 days after leaving.
Happy hour, bartender was amazing. The beach was beautiful, and it was a real treat to wake up, eat breakfast, and watch dolphins from our table while eating. Parking was easy, and checking in was easy as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent. There were a lot of options to choose from.

Clean, comfortable and the smell is very pleasant
Beachfront, clean and staff are ready courteous and accommodating. We requested for a complimentary room upgrade. It was granted since it not fully booked during winter season. Teri was very accommodating and helpful. All the staffs were great

Usually I stay on the other side of beach, because I know most hotels on that end was not somewhere I would stayed. But I needed something for just one night because of a wedding I attended on the beach and I was surprised and how clean and spacious the rooms were. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean as well.

Breakfast : Acceptable: Limited types, requires adding additional types such as omelet and boiled eggs, a variety of vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce , tomatoes and lemon. Room service is not available daily, I hope it will be daily later.
Room: excellent location : excellent Breakfast: acceptable breakfast. Staff : All staff members are special and deserve appreciation and respect.
