Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The walls were really thin. When I was downstairs, I could hear someone walking all night.
It was a decent room for the price. The location was close to the school that I was working and it was quiet for the most part.

The windows did not open in the room. That made it feel like an airplane. (This is, unfortunately, fairly standard nowadays.) One slight problem here was that the A/C unit (the only way to get any air in the room) was pointed right at the bed.
This is a lovely place -- more like a campus. AND they have a bar (with food) on the premises. I loved it! Very convenient to find and near the city center. All the staff were lovely.

The provided blow dryer did not have a backing on the intake fan. It caught my hair and knotted it severely. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable.
The location is spectacular. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants right from the Inn.

Place perfect for what needed - Better than what I expected
Location - For the purpose - No noise ( distant train coming through ) Great small old fashion feel. No bugs or dirty/stained/cut sheets. Pillows were plenty and soft. Bed was comfortable

I would love to see some breakfast options as the town is limited . Even just grab and go packaged things that would last the property stored . An expansion on the coffee selection would be nice ( different creamer alternatives and decaf options) Personally I would like to see bed bug zipper cases around the mattresses as someone who has worked in hotels a lot I just think they provide a lot better protection .
I love the new flooring updates since our last visit . The location is always perfect for getting to our friends and family . The back lot being cleared to allow walking with pets and outside space for families was an enjoyment.

Breakfast would have been nice…
No breakfast, but we came for a wedding and left the next morning, so no problem. Very close to the wedding venue. Comfortable beds, very clean.

our air conditioning unit wasn't working as well as it should. I saw where they had already changed out some of the units. Had that been working right, I would have given a higher score. I will be going back there when I go to Warm Springs. It's a very good value.

There need to be instructions for how to operate the television. There need to be electrical outlets near the bed.
The Meriwether did not have a breakfast. The location was good for accessing other sites. The room was clean.

The room was okay. Some basic housekeeping errors: bathroom wasn't cleanest, food from a previous guest had been left in the mini fridge, etc
When it comes to hotels, you get what you pay for. I didn't expect 5 star for the price point. The location was great, the staff was nice enough, check in/out was painless.

The towel rack in my room was broken and also there were a big hole in the wall !
I like the fact that I didn’t have to drive to far to get to my dad. There were lots to see !

Smell from air con and pillows a bit hard. It would be nice to have net or blinds at window so curtain could be left open for light to get in.
Location - Warm Springs is a nice quiet town. As we only needed somewhere to sleep this was the best option. Reception area was closed so dealt with people through hatch. Room standard with 2 comfortable double beds, and microwave and fridge were useful. Hot water but bathroom could do with updating. We don’t use room service but lady we saw was friendly and always asked if we needed anything.

The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag in a non- smoking room. Moldy bath mat and broken toilet paper holder. Room needed maintenance.
Front desk person was pleasant. Need was comfortable.
