Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking was a block or two away and covered but otherwise open and a tight squeeze into the spot.
Room was medium sized and updated, clean and quiet. Great team handling breakfast which was ample and delicious.

Great trip to NO..several unforeseen issues in the room that ,unfortunately,we spent so little time in the room,at the time we returned,the hour was late am repairs or adjustments,were not possible.However,the staff were made aware of these issues (A/C and whirlpool tub)and did all they could for us,to lessen the inconvenience.Thimgs happen ,especially in older buildings.

The breakfast wasn't that good to be honest, but most hotels don't offer any free breakfast in that area so this is not a reason at all to complain.
It looked like the room was recently updated.. very comfortable and super clean, exceeded my expectations! We loved the location obviously, just a few minutes walk from Bourbon st. Will definitely return here in the future!

The key card to the room kept deactivating and we had to keep going downstairs to get it activated to continue to get into our room.
I like the price, the room, continental breakfast and friendliness other staff.

Nothing.
The hotel was well-kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Just a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter and fun restaurant right next door. The room was clean and large enough. Bed very comfortable. I appreciated the in-room coffee and the buffet breakfast. I will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Arrived during a snow blizzard, worst since 1985. Staff were exceptional, booked us in early advised on the area and what was available. In the evening they put on food and entertainment for the guests. This was gong to continue until the restrictions were lifted. The two senior managers were excellent.

The public computera did not work for any websites except the hotels , making it difficult for us to book tours. The coffee machine made terrible coffee (cappuccino, Cafe au last, espresso- all watery).
Good breakfast with variety of warm and cold foods. Location excellent- steps away from canal street and French quarter. Pillows,linens and mattress comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
