This is not a classical B&B rather an apartment with some form of catering, no breakfast room, no lounge etc, guests all stay to themselves and breakfast is yummy snacks provided to the room upon arrival. I was missing shelf space for clothing, but as we only stayed for 2 nights it was totally ok to life out of the suitcase.

Great place to stay at if you are in Woodstock. Nice room with kitchenette and modern, spacious bathroom. The host will leave pastries in your room and some drinks and you can help yourself at the wetbar with tea and water. Big plus is the yoga room and if you wish you can book a session with the host. We will definitively be back. Also to mention, this is a pet friendly accomodation. Parking is conveniently located behind the house.

Great property run by a lovely couple. There are lots of snacks and drinks available that you are able to help yourself to for breakfast and throughout the day. Easy access to the town and near to some easy walking trails. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. Don’t forget to pack your yoga gear and try out one of Jimmy’s classes- highly recommend

Note that the hotel is located on a busy street, so some unavoidable noise. There is WiFi while at there, but for some reason at that part of town, cell connection is weak. A luggage rack could also be helpful.

Jimmy and John were exceptional hosts. Friendly and welcoming. Room was beautifully appointed, clearly a lot of thought has gone into design. Loved that all artwork was attributed to artist with QR code. Lovingly attended to. Wonderful selection of teas, snacks, sweets! Great location and walkable to charming town. Easy access with car for parking, and to great walks and hikes.

Pastries, croissants, water, juices, fruit, coffee, they had it all and plenty of it!! A most delightful and comfortable stay!! Very gracious and highly attentive hosts! Did I mention friendly? They absolutely are! We’ll be back!!

Would recommend a secondary lock for the room door. Keypad lock worked well, but for a women staying if I had not been with my husband it would have posed an issue. Giving your guest that added sense of security would be key.

So inviting. Lots of little spot outdoors to sit and relax. Very good location, right in town, but just slightly toward the edge. Easy walking distance to all the shops and cafes.

The AC unit in the bedroom was a little loud, but it worked well.

I loved the jacuzzi tub! The rainbow lights in it were a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable, and the suite was spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and got tasty vegan selections for breakfast. I also really like that all of the artwork was credited or for sale.

One thing I would change would be to have a normal table instead of a coffee table, but that's a matter of preference. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay more than one night!

This is a great little inn close to downtown Woodstock. Our room was large, quiet, squeaky clean, with modern but cosy interior, large bathroom, really nice shower. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design. The hosts are very nice. They don't have hot breakfast but they leave yummy pastries and some other food in the room for breakfast, and you can also get coffee/tea and cookies any time. I might have eaten a few too many cookies! Parking was easy too.

Friendly and enthusiastic hosts. A wonderful, contemporary vibe. Impeccably clean and modern. Super-quiet AC was a real plus given the hot and humid mid-summmer weather. Quiet, quality room fridge well-stocked with water and juice. An easy walk into the village.
