There was a weird smell that seemed to be hard to get rid of from one of the sinks. Staff came up a few times and made every effort to try and get rid of smell which we greatly appreciated.

We always love staying here when we are in St George. We love how the suites have a good sized fridge and a great basic kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoy the breakfasts. Kids love the heated pool.

The only complaint we had was hardly any water pressure in the showers. I couldn't even rinse the shampoo out of my hair because there was such little water coming out.

The fresh berries and waffles were absolutely delicious. What a rare treat for a hotel breakfast!

Check out. Billing was incorrect and if I did not catch it it would have been charged. Why charge for an emotional Pet. Not happy about that.

Front Desk was great for check in. Check out was another issue. I did have an issue about service dog.

Ice machines were missing maybe due to construction.

The location worked out quit well to what we were doing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very pleased with this hotel.

The room was nice and we loved having a little kitchen. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel being dog-friendly as we traveled with our dog.

The couch was a bit worn and used, but I did see the hotel was going through a refurb so maybe those will be swapped out. The water pressure is INTENSE haha the shower I took actually hurt... that could stand a tone down but not a deal breaker. There wasn't many places to take our dogs to go potty, and not everyone cleaned up after themselves. There's no dog bags available or a trash can either.

We stayed in a kitchenette suite for Thanksgiving night and it was a beautiful room. It was so clean, my husand and I commented that we think it was the cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utinsels, bowls, etc to cook or store extra food. It was nice that we could bring our dogs and for a fair price. The room was quiet, we noticed that when we stepped out into the hall a kid was screaming across the hall, but we couldn't hear anything all night long. We usually take a noise maker to help us sleep when we stay in hotels, but I forgot to turn it on and we slept great. The staff was so nice and warm. And the breakfast was amazing, so many options and it's open for quite some time in the morning if you're someone who's not up super early.
