We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesSmelled bad. Room had lots of things needing fixed or cleaned. TV wasn't hooked up and remote didn't work once we got it on. Bathroom needs updated. No trash cans outside so people just left their trash laying around the entries.
Nice manager at the front desk. Close proximity to the event we attended. Bed was comfortable.

United StatesThe facility is aging and our bathroom really needs a competent plumber to fix the toilet handle, rocking commode, tub drain and the cleaning staff forgot to put up a shower curtain. Not even any hooks on the rod. We made due and front staff was gracious but, still it was challenging as we had to mop up a lot of water with clean towels. Couldn't take a bath as the drain didn't work either. Not awful but memorable
Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Easy quick check in. They let us charge our EV. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning and TV, generous electric plugs, decent wifi. Quiet all night. Plenty of hot coffee and snacks in the morning. I felt safe.
