Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Motel 6 … room was renovated. Very comfortable. Clean. I like it had no carpet on the floor wood flooring. Had kitchenette. Bed comfortable. Stayed 9 hours due to missed flight. 15 mins from airport.

Plumbing in room 154 was horrible. No plugs to stop up water in the tub or sinks.

The office lady who checked me in was very aggressive and argumentative. She tried to charge me the full booking price again, and when I told her I had pre-payed the full price and showed her my booking number and bank statement she still argued about me needing to pay, until she called her manager to sort it out.
Clean rooms and decent property, especially for the price. The hotel was in a good business area, I felt safe being there, and there weren't any questionable people hanging around.

Bar of soap, no wash cloths and an old blood stain on the bed sheet (size of a quarter). Maybe an oversight but at least it was on the foot end and not by our faces.
Location was great. It was cool to have a normal size refrigerator and sink in the room. Wish I remembered to put some pots and pans in my suitcase, the mini range would have been a nice way to save money going out.

Nothing stands out that was extra bad.
Very clean, good location. Very close to Arizona Mills mall and other shopping/food places. Jaycee at the front desk is amazing!

Beds only had sheets, no blankets or comforters. I had to exchange towels through the office.
Convenient location, close to most everything we wanted to do. Easy to find. Clean campus, clean rooms. The room had a mini kitchen including a stove. Mostly friendly staff.

My room had a kitchenette but no dishes. So unless you travel with pan and pots you will not be able to use it.
The room itself was quite nice even tho it was not very clean.

The staff is very disorganized. My nephew called to tell them that I rebooked and they said I had to pay for the previous one, so he took my cc to pay it. Then he went to get the doorkey redone so he could throw my clothes in the dryer & they told him I had to go there to put him on the ppwk. He told them I was getting ready for work and he had to put my clothes in the dryer & they said no. I had to go before I left for work, making me almost an hour late! Then the next day after I rebooked, they called me at noon saying I had to get my things out, I said I was @work & that I had a confirmed res, she said we're not honoring it so you need to do this now, I had to have my nephew call off work so he could gather our things, which they wouldn't let him get everything! Plus, they kept my deposit for a late checkout! WRONG! The cops were there twice in the 4 days I was there. No one cleans up their dogs poop. The room smelled musty, I used a lot of room spray.

It needs a bit more maintenance on a regular basis. The door locks need lubricant, so they don't have to be slammed to close. The first room I stayed in needs repairs on the drywall. Mold on the wall, and the shower needs repairs to work properly.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
