Watching MSNBC every morning during the breakfast made us uncomfortable to say the least. Some neutral channel would be more suitable to start a vacation day in the morning.

The property is a bit dated, the bathroom was not cleaned well and the staff on duty was rude.

Close to restaurants and other attractions. Although we didn’t use them, the indoor and outdoor pool looked enjoyable.

Suggestion: Need more privacy at the outside pool fence. It borders the Main Street. Maybe an attached fence screen?

Late checkout must be approved by the manager for a legit reason which I thought was kind of off. The room setup could have better re-arranging as well. The front desk reception was not that warm and could be a little more friendlier upon checking in/out.

The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. I liked the amenities it has to offer of what’s onsite.

The room was not ready at check-in and couldn’t get in until 1hr after the 3pm check-in time. Cleaning was rushed and had to call housekeeping back. At check-in one staff member was rude when I pointed out they had my credit card on both my old room number they switched me from and new room number. Also when I requested a copy of the signed agreement for rules to follow etc the staff refused and said just for the hotel and if I really needed one to get one at check out but I never received any check out paper work. They need a hand towel hook/ring to hang a hand towel to dry hands near the sink. The toilet was very loose and felt like going to tip over/come loose from the floor.

The young male housekeeper was very accommodating and made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner and was very kind/apologetic. The breakfast was good and the staff was on top of keeping area clean and restocked. Also she put aside my rain coat for me to not get lost when I left it behind. Weather was not the best for me to go swimming but my bf and son enjoyed the new outdoor pool :) The WiFi wasn’t the fastest and sometimes cut out but it met our needs mostly and most importantly kept my gammer son happy :) Once the bathroom toilet and comforter was cleaned and replaced, the front desk gave us late check out to accommodate the room not ready, and gave my son cookies to snack on until the restaurant we were going to opened for lunch everything was very nice and would go back since they fixed all issues.

The fact that I requested a earlier check in and waited for a response. so we decided to just go. it was noon and we asked about early check-in and the lady looks right at me and says no you can't have early check-in we have people checking out at 11 am. Kinda rudely and a nasty look on her face.it was so uncomfortable we left..went back at 4pm..whom ever was there at that time was like night and day.. beautiful smile. Very sweet..made check-in very nice...ohhh. by dinner time finally got the request on app THAT WE CAN CHECK-IN EARLY. What a joke......but on a good note the very nice lady that takes care of morning breakfast was sooo sweet..she let us in 1.2 early so we could have our morning coffee....thank you for that..

No variation in breakfast, same options each day. Would have appreciated hard boiled eggs, yogurt, non dairy milk. Strong fragrance in our room on arrival, though it aired out, must have been from cleaning products.

Great location, clean room, comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor pool, great spot for kids to play, friendly staff helped with all our needs. This was our 4th stay in two summers.

The floors were not very clean. Their website said that they had bike rentals, a shuttle, an outdoor pool (not open) that was open, and Wi-Fi. They didn’t have any of those except for the Wi-Fi, but it was so poor that neither one of us could work from the room. I wouldn’t depend on the Wi-Fi. Also, don’t depend on any of the questions that they answered on the site as they are not accurate. The amenities section of their website.

Location was perfect. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Only I didn’t like was that when I did my check in they told me breakfast was until 11am and in reality it was just until 10am therefore I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast
