The room was not cleaned; there was dust on all surfaces, and the floor was also covered in dust. In the shower, there were no new sets of shampoo and shower gel—only used ones were left. The quality of the towels leaves much to be desired. One day, we had to skip breakfast at the hotel because the staff couldn’t handle the number of guests. We waited a very long time to check in, there was no one at the reception desk for an extended period.

I think this is typical of Cape properties, but the first floor room we had was, I think, right on a cement slab so was very musty smelling. Otherwise the room was terrific. I would definitely stay here again, but try an upper floor room.

The staff, front desk & breakfast lady, were very friendly and personable. The breakfast food was very good and of great variety ... a great start to our vacation activities. The location, parking, resort layout, room layout were terrific. It all seemed a great value.

Indoor pool was not heated. They said it was on but wasnt even steam on the windows was very cold but the pool outside was heated which the kids loved and there was no propane for the fireplaces I had to go pay for one to get refilled because my family was excited. I asked if I could get a refund on it if i went to get one they said no because they were closing in a week or so which isn't right we paid this price to use what we were promised... but it is what is we paid for it and had fun .. they offer smore kits on there site but the kid at night looked at me with ten heads so make sure you bring your own lol

Rooms were nice and clean and beds are comfortable. Kids loved the outdoor pool and playground. And the lady who works the front desk shs is really nice. And the breakfast was delicious!!! The lady who is in there is a real sweetheart she keeps it full

The rooms stunk and were dirty. The staff was very rude. There were no exterior lights on and it was dangerously dark. We walked to the front desk and the front desk clerk wouldn’t leave the break room. She acted as though it was an extreme inconvenience for her to turn on the exterior lights. Also, we were only supposed to pay $130/ night- $40 more than the price we could have paid at checkin!! Then, they overcharged us $180/night!! What a horrible scam!!

Shampoo, conditioner already used. We bought 2 rooms but weren't joined. Tub stop removed so you couldn't fill bath. Continental breakfast could've had better options like muffins, different bagels and yogurts with fruit.
