They said they had free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi would go off after a minute we figured because we were in the back corner of the facility but even when we were up near the front desk, it didn’t work we asked at the front desk. What about the free Wi-Fi they said I don’t know what to tell you. Not my fault it’s not working. On the website, they advertised free shuttle service to local beach and to downtown. When I asked at the front desk, they said that really should be taken down. That was one of the selling points of us staying there. I heard that traffic was crazy and Cape Cod and I figured that would’ve been easier to take the shuttle.

Breakfast was good! Hot coffee, fresh food well stocked and maintained

Fire hazard. Ended up having to rearrange furniture to be able to get to electrical outlets to plug in computer. When opening the unit door, it hit the desk. Had two choices open the door or sit at the desk . Not enough room to do both at the same time was not an option. The tub needed a good cleaning. I am 70+ solo woman business traveler. I didn't feel safe and moved to another hotel when I received a very abusive call from a front desk manager demanding that I leave because I was disturbing guest. I had no idea what she was talking about. The hotel manager was not available , all information on his business card was not valid. After housekeeping bypassed my room and the phone was made inactive, I left. When the fourth email address that the front desk staff person gave me finally worked the manger refunded my money and was able to provide me a corrected receipt.

Looked like a good hotel for families. Kids had a great common area with lawn toys and place to run -around. But this is not a good hotel for business travel and a woman traveling alone. Wifi was available but 90% of the time had no internet connection. There was no stop on the entrance door and the hotel phone in the room was not active, even for a emergency, luckily cell phone reception was great.

Check in was easy and fast. The front desk clerk was very friendly and she was very helpful. The gentleman Mike was amazingly friendly, accommodating, helpful, and a all around great person. I enjoyed my stay so much for a family to do and I will be back again.

The activities were really fun and the kids loved them a lot. There were many things to do to keep the kids busy! They got to play and do many things while we relax.

Our room was gross . Smelled so strong like mildew and mold I asked for a different room they could not accommodate us . My daughter who is 2 and has asthma had a tough time in there breathing

Housekeeping needs improvement! Took out trash daily and gave freash linens but did not clean

Nice place, cleaning could be better as the floors were very soiled . Other than that it was very kid friendly and the breakfast was decent. Location is good close to everything!

Room felt damp and overall unclean. Remote control nasty coffee maker dirty and very poor overall for money. Would never recommend this property. Couldn’t wait to check out and had to shower and throw all clothes in washer upon arriving home.

The room was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the lawn area outside was wonderful for the kids, who enjoyed the playground and ping pong and corn hole. I liked the long chairs and the fire pit. A really great hotel.

Area was perfect. The pool looked wonderful. I wish I had requested a first floor room, as the stairs are in the middle and our room was at the opposite end, but it wasn't terribly inconvenient. Our first night we couldn't get the room to cool down and couldn't figure out why, until my husband blocked the air from going behind the window curtain... then it was amazing! Went from sweating to 61 degrees! We really enjoyed ourselves there, especially for an impromptu weekend away!

The bathrooms were disgusting, the floor was dirty and always wet ( because the toilet was sweating, no matter how cold we kept the room). The amenities that are listed such as the shuttle and basketball court is not ready for use yet. The staff all seemed very new and inexperienced, as if they didn't know how to run a hotel. I requested for my room to be cleaned and it never happened, called the front desk and no one was ever at the desk, the TV only worked when it wanted too. The people above my room were so loud, I could hear every step, which means they probably need better insulation. The breakfast was not good (coffee and pancakes were decent). The air-conditioner skipped from 70 to 59 no in-between. Overall I won't go back, there are better places for the same price point.

Checking in at the front desk took very long time, and interesting story was my mom'd forgotten her jacket in her room, and when we called and tried to get it back, it took few days to reply and the jacket was not there as confirmed by receptionist. Please don't forget anythings in this facility.

The facility is close to the beach, downtown.
