We have a family of 5 with 3 under 3 and we stayed an extended weekend on the second floor. The rooms were exactly what we needed size wise and clean. We found the beds very comfortable. My family especially loved the amenities outside. They have a beautiful playground in a nice sanded fenced area that has ample lounge chairs, umbrella tables and multiple fire pits with access to use grills. My twin boys also enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and we thought the staff was both helpful and friendly! Everything was clean and located to local attractions. Restaurants on the same road were excellent. Theres also a cute little pond with ducks and swans close by we enjoyed on evening walks. Highly suggested! ☆☆☆☆☆ We'll be back!

Rooms were not as nice as pictured. Fridge was not as cool as I personally would of preferred. Small amount of towels. Feet were dirty after walking on carpet.

I had a king bed, and 3 tiny pillows. King size pillows would have been great. The tub stopper didnt work, but the shower is nice and hot. Also no little trash barrel in the room at all, would have been convenient if it had at least 1.

Super comfy bed. Great location, near everything. Yummy breakfast in the am. air conditioning worked great in the room. Super clean and neat. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave and coffee maker, super convienient.

The hotel was supposed to be renovated and the carpets were dirty and the bathroom looked dirty and there were bugs everywhere not to mention random holes on the wall. Plus the hotel room next door had a septic flood or something and the door was left open all day and overnight to air it out which we could smell

There was NO BREAKFAST as pictured on booking.com Breakfast buffet with eggs etc. was pictured. Booking.com misrepresented the entire reservation.. Dog was included when making reservation but was $70 per night more upon arrival!!! Booking.com listed dog friendly but sign at desk said no pets then wanted $70 more per night. We did not stay.!!!

I didn't like the lady in the am she was unpleasant not accommodating wouldn't extended my stay so I had to move me and my two out of room cause supposedly they were full but come to find out it was cause I am a local but they are renting to my friend who is a local at the same time and extended his stay it's called discrimination and if you rent to one you have to rent to the other

they didn’t do any service for our 3 night stay. I had to call for towels and there was sand everywhere when we got there. they did a terrible job cleaning.

I have been posting and advertising this place since I came back. The room was immaculately kept. You could smell the freshness of the room upon entering. The linen and towels are lily white. The room is inviting and relaxing. It makes you feel as if you don't want to go outside. I was happy for the shuttle service they offered. Hospitality is exemplary. Malcolm, his wife Kadian, Serena whom I first met upon arrival gave us a relaxed feeling. The additional staff Jay (J), and the housekeepers were very polite. I started making accommodations for next year as the Lord grants. Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done! If anyone gives a rating other than the highest isn't talking the truth. I am happy my church sister and I Iona Mckoy found this hotel on booking.com. What wonderful weekend vacation it was.

The room was clean but for some reason something smelled weird, not sure if the smell came from the AC...we bought an air refresher and that helped during our stay.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, excellent guest service. Every staff member always willing to assist. Shuttle service to the beach.

Where can I start first the room was smaller than online matress was bigger than the actual frame of the bed we was falling off the bed no TV no Telefone on the. The room super outdated no one whent to clean our room no one refill our coffee station after we use the first set of coffee the staff friendly very welcoming only good other than the location I will not recomend this hotel not even for a one night stay to anyone it was to pricey for what we got I have stay in less pricey places with better everything 👎
