The mattress was absolutely terrible . The curtains were old and had holes and was falling apart. It felt very outdated. I think with maybe new beds and a little refreshing the place would be great. Staff were wonderful and rooms were clean

Beds were super hard. Couldn't sleep. Bugs all over the bed in the morning. Tried a different room the 2nd night and more bugs in the morning. Blew all over the bed from the a/c vent. Water damage and mold on bathroom flooring.

Room wasn’t clean, whiskers all over he sink. Homeless person sleeping outside our window. During the night they kept bumping the wall and waking us up. We told the Manager, he didn’t do anything. Bed was broken, either the platform it was in or the mattress itself. It sloped so bad you could roll off. Someone smoking Marijuana in the hallway.

The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Hotel was extremely dirty. The bathroom floor was soft. The the tile in the center of the bathroom was completely broken and I cut my foot on it. The beds were hard as rocks. The curtains had rips in them, but the biggest thing was how dirty the entire hotel was. I will not be staying there again.

The noise from upstairs. A fight loud shouting until midnight. The squeak with each step. Sounded landed hard on the floor until midnight. I did not get much sleep. Did not like!!!

The bathroom was not clean, shower horrible, dirty. No water pressure, no hot water, was warm, long black hair in the towels, hair in the sink. And my room was not cleaned for 2 days, after i mentioned that, it was done the rest my stay.

My reservation was successful, the microwave and the fridge worked great. There was a-lot of choices in the vending machines in the lobby and the prices were decent and the machines worked. But the sugar and cream were empty by the coffee station.

The front desk person was rude. He refused to let me check-in due to my boyfriend not having his ID when the booking and the payment was being done by me. Never had that issue at any other hotel. When we asked to speak to the manager he laughed and said no he not here we asked he contact his manager he refused

The room was absolutely sterile. Two queen beds, mattresses only on pedestals, a bit firm, the TV didn’t work, just a small table between the beds, nothing else, small loud refrigerator (which we had to unplug to sleep) with a microwave on top. This is not the Motel 6 I expected

The hotel itself was not kept up. Windows were broken, not a microwave in all rooms, hallways had very dirty carpets. It smelled like animal pee on the second floor. Lots of dogs barking. The room I was in was covered in dust. The bathtub was filthy. Some of the outlets didn't work. The curtains were so filled with holes they needed to be replaced. The floors made my socks dirty. My husband and I left with bug bites after a 2 night stay. The doors on the rooms were not secure or safe. The other people staying there were very sketchy. We will not ever book here again. I was afraid my things in the car would be stolen.

I liked that there was no deposit. The staff was very friendly. The maids were very helpful and also friendly. Management did would they could to accommodate me.

No maid service when do not disturb sign removed to get clean towels after 3rd day, night desk gave us towels, I was instructed to request maid service as it may not be automatic. Handicap stalls occupied by non placard vehicles that were fronting the stalls, construction workers and room occupants.

Reasonably clean, ice plentiful, quiet areas. location in ideal area.

This property used to be a place I would never stay with kids. The new management has cleaned it up, put in lots of lighting in the parking lots, updated the rooms, and the minute they hear about or discover people who cause issues, they take care of it!
