The bed was comfortable. The shower/bathroom could use some upgrading. The bathtub looked like it had been painted and was pealing off. The restaurant next door was awesome! Fun, friendly, environment.

Staff needs to be more customer friendly. They were bouncing around behind the desk and paid almost no attention to me because they were so engrossed in their horsing around.

Very quiet place, with good beds and quiet AC. We slept well. Just quarter mile off I-10. Would stay again.

That the cleaning people said that the rooms could only be cleaned before 10:am and if we wanted our room clean we needed togive them access to the room before 10:00am other wise they could not clean the room until the next day. We ended up one day of our stay having to take out the trash and going to ask Lucy for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. Luckly Lucy took care of it, but my husband wasn't happy at all about that inconvinience of not being able to sleep in.

Lucy the hotel manager was very hospitable, considerate and ready to help. I really do appreciate Lucy and her willingness to go above and beyond for us during our stay. Not to mention that she was fully bilingual Spanish/English, excelent!

The bathroom in my room could have been a bit cleaner and better stocked. Upon check-in, I found some hair from the previous guest in my bathroom sink. When I went to shower, I discovered that instead of a small container of shampoo, there was a duplicate container of conditioner. These are small things, but they speak to the level of attention of the staff. Lastly, the motel had only one luggage cart. This became an issue when I checked out and an elderly guest checking in needed the same cart that I was using.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Good quality food, generous portions, friendly staff.

Not much choice of eateries nearby. A Mexican restaurant next door. For just one night it was ok.

Very clean. Everything works. All of what we needed was provided. Appreciated the breakfast - it was very good. We just needed a comfortable bed to sleep on and a room to relax in before hitting the road the next day again. You did a fine job providing that for us.

The beds need to be replaced they are getting old and not comfortable anymore. You can also hear everything from the other rooms the walls are very thin? I don't know if they can do something about that. I love the customer service the updates that they have done to the hotel very clean.
