Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Front desk staff was hard to understand / didn’t understand me, lots of homeless people walking around, right on the highway so it was noisy, breakfast was extremely basic (cereal, bread, not even peanut butter, waffle maker)

TV didn't have remote, no HBO or any good movie channels, TV was small and outdated..no real soap , or anything..to clean up with.

Housekeeping came into the room on one of the days we were staying even though we were told at check in that the hey only came in by request and we never made any request. The security deposit was a major issue because according to the hotel page the security deposit has to be paid in cash. When we checked in there was no mention of the security deposit and when I asked about it I was told there was no need since we had a card on file. The hotel is falsely advertising the security deposit.
I liked how close the property was to Target so we were able to get some groceries for the weekend.

There were 2 dead crickets on the floor as soon as I arrived. It was a No Smoking room but there was a used cigarette on the floor when we arrived & the smoke detector was covered with a trash bag on the ceiling.

No cups in room... how do I drink water or brush my teeth? Bathroom was falling apart. Pillows were awful.

The noise from road and locality of pool. The building and grounds don't match pictures. Also the clientele was to put it nicely interesting. Would not go back

I did not like all of the people that frequent the walk ways at all times of the night. In between trying to walk down the stairs & them being full of people, or people outside smoking late at night close to the room. I also did not like that there were no elevator amenities for those of us on the higher floors or even an option to choose a lower floor if possible. I have a back injury & it was probably the biggest inconvenience of all
I liked the proximity to the venue I needed to attend. I liked the cleanliness of the room & the space it provided. I liked the quietness of the area

The bath towels should be hotel quality bigger and newer, Repairs and upgrades (ie... flooring, tiles, bathroom fixtures) are unprofessional,and cheap done by unskilled, cheapest laborers the management could find Rooms and entire facility is rundown and very poorly maintained

Location, amenities, visuals of the room, no freezer on fridge, no phone in the room to use room service, no coffee machine in the room like advertised, swimming pool seemed kinda dirty and it's pretty annoying trying to go somewhere because the exit has blind spots to oncoming traffic.
Breakfast was pretty good and staff is very friendly. Along with how open they are with their pet policies/rules.

It could be cleaner & maybe not have cigarette holes in the comforters & dust a lil bit more often.
Staff was pleasant & informative. Decent location very close to the freeway & near Target, Walmart, and Restaurants.
