The beds need to be updated, you could feel the springs. The bathroom was the size of a closet. It was very noisy with kids above and where our room was you could hear everyone go up and down

My booking got lost in transfer of hotel owners, they booked wrong room, wrong weekend, wrong number of people. They did seem to work hard to make that better. I paid cash upon arrival but then they charged my card a week later, gave refund but then another week later they re-charged my card back cause they said they refunded wrong. The stay itself was good but everything else has been a nightmare. I won’t be staying there again or recommend.

I received a text when my room was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Very clean hotel. Continental breakfast hours were very fitting 5am-10am. The lady doing the continental breakfast was replacing items all the time and cleaning up and there were lots of items to choose from. I went to the front desk to ask for another ice bag and told them I was using it for an ice pack and they offered me ziploc bags which worked a lot better! I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Grand Island.

It’s difficult to pinpoint something I didn’t like.

Facility was clean and comfortable. I had the opportunity to use their fitness room. It was outstanding. I love the indoor pool. Staff was virtuous, friendly and professional. Hotel offers breakfast and it’s delicious.

We couldn't stay longer. It was just a stop over place for us on the way to Wyoming.

This is a great stay. Friendly at the desk, comfortable room, clean room, shower, beds, house keeping does a great job, and are friendly. This is a place you want to stay. The pool area is clean, and is warm, kids will love it. All around good place. I know when you start looking for a place to stay to see if you should stay here it's tough to decide, because you read and some places say they are good, well I'm not leading you astray. Stay HERE!!

The pillows were too thick, we had two rooms and all 6 people said the same thing. There were several pillows on each bed, maybe a thinner option for a couple of the pillows would be better.

mistreatment and racism of Hispanic clients! After having stayed in this hotel on several occasions today, Thursday, September 29, 2022, I was expelled by a lady who called me into politics for no reason and everything was recorded on the hotel's security cameras I hope they take action with people like these who give bad attention to customers! And that will not go unpunished! I will also publish it on social networks! And it is possible that I will sue for damages

The bathroom was so small that the people who installed the door had to shave down part of the door to get it to close. Also, someone else must have been assigned to our room number because they tried getting into our room at 1:30am! Luckily we had the deadbolt on and they were unable to enter the room completely.

The front staff and housekeeping were very pleasant and attentive. Our room was also clean upon arrival.

There weren't enough electrical outlets. Both my husband and I use CPAP machines and we had to ask for an extension cord so we could use them. However, it took an hour and two phone calls before the staff showed up with the extension cord.

The breakfast was good. However, there weren't enough tables and it was very crowded. It would have helped for there to be some signage telling us the boiled eggs were in the fridge, what was in the covered pans, etc. Things were crowded and confusing.
