The person at the desk was unprofessional firstly. The website says pet friendly, no where did I find that it specified on pet species, the desk guy said "I do not permit cat, only dog". I mentioned it didn't say that online he refused to comment. Pet friendly and dog friendly are totally different things. Also the lobby smelled like it was an Indian restaurant not a professional business.

It cost me $20 dollars more to have a second room on bottom floor for handicap wife, who uses a walker. TV didn’t work in our room. Place was hot and it didn’t seem like the AC worked beyond the room and only part time in the room. Drain got stuck and took some doing to get pulled out in Daughters room. Front staff man when we arrived spoke at us while looking at a computer screen, and was the some person we saw when we checked out. Breakfast was a joke, unless a granola bar and coffee work for you. Bed was rock hard.

Rooms were very clean. Pillows were extremely comfortable.

It started at the front desk. The front desk man took for ever to figure out our reservation even when I showed him my reservation number. Then we had reserved a King and he would not let us have it because we had a dog. And he charged us the same price for a queen room as you pay for a king. Then in the room the bed was so uncomfortable we woke up with sore backs and you could feel the springs on the sides of the bed. The heat system was difficult to figure out and we about cooked to death. Then the noise from kids yelling in the hall and running over the top of our room. It was just an awful experience from the start.

The room proudly displayed a "thank you for not smoking" sign, but the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overpowering. I had forgotten that smell, but this hotel sure brought it back to me. Also, everything just looked shabby.

The "breakfast" was a joke. There was no staff anywhere. Just coffee and juice dispensers and a box of granola bars. They should not advertise this as a breakfast.

I would like a partial refund as it was advertised as having a free breakfast. There was no breakfast, only had an endrgy bar which we did not take, Coffee was also poor. I expected to have a breakfast of at least some cereal grains or yogurt etc but none, nothing, onlu an orange juice machine. For paying over $100 for a room, advertised as Super ....8, it was a a real disappointment. Will never stay at a Super 9 again unless there is some compensation
