Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Convenient location to all attractions! Room was nice, bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent, however the kids next door or above us cried for hrs & used their room as a jungle gym up until 2 am the first 2 nights. The 3rd night I didn’t hear them so I’m assuming they checked out.

When I booked rooms I chose to pay at property but when I got there they had already charged my card because I had to pay by 11am or the rooms would be cancelled and I planned to pay cash and they didn’t take cash

Extremely this walls. Could hear everything in the hall and next room
We got in late but everything was fine. Besides a guest being koud in the hallway. The morning was a little rough tho. They were extremely loud at 730am. The walls are very thin.

It was obvious that staff did not momp the floors. We spilt some pop on the floor and used a towel to clean it up and the towel was very dirty.

The heating unit in our room was set to 72 but would not hold the temperature. We woke up with the temp at 80 so we just turned it completely off. The desk personnel helped us get it to heat. The desk also helped us get sound on our TV.
Very nice place to stay and easy to get in and out of traffic wise. The room was very nice and had everything you might need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there so we could get back on the road home. The hotel was quiet and no rowdy neighbors. Just a short walk up the hill was a southern cooking restaurant which we enjoyed. There were no foul odors in the room and it was extremely clean.

I do not like the parking situation. There are pillars under the building and it makes parking kind of challenging.
The property has been updated some. The staff was nice. It was clean. Good location. Dollar general is right in front of it which is convenient if you need anything. The continental breakfast was decent.

You only have 1 chair in room to sit when inside no place to sit outside...Elevators moves very slow.

I think our shower control had an issue, which caused water temp problems, but the water was still very warm. .
The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and parking was never an issue.

Over all stay was great. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable, had issue getting in it as the mattresses were high. Floors need mopped and swept around edges.

Someone had used the toilet and I’m not sure how long it had been in there but when I opened the door to the room it smelled horrendous

Everything about the stay was wonderful including the staff. I did not like the parking lot entrance because it was super slanted. I also did not like that the bathroom towels smelled like vinegar, but other than that the stay was amazing.
I never had the breakfast, but the room was really comfy. There was a big smart TV which you could log into netflix which was very nice and unexpected. The staff was very welcoming and helped us out.

I was very upset that even though I had chosen online to pay at the property, I received two phone calls on the way there asking for payment info on the phone. Also cash is not accepted.
The property is in a great location. Once there the staff was very friendly. Although it is an older building with a facelift, it was very clean. We really liked having a fireplace in our room. Overall it is a good value

This is an older hotel. Hallway noise was loud. I was able to hear and understand neighbors conversations. Imo beds were hard.
The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.
