Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location, super close to all the sights in Pigeon Forge and about 5/10 minutes from Dollywood. The room was perfect for what we needed. A great size with comfy beds. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

The parking can be a challenge as each space is very narrow.
The hotel is centrally located on the strip making it very convenient.

The hotel was centrally located in the middle of town. Recently renovated with all new beds and finishes. They offered a hot breakfast with lots of different options. Staff was very friendly at check in and helpful when needing extra items for our room. Worked great for a short two day stay with our two children.

Room was somewhat humid when we first arrived. Bathroom slightly smaller than average.

It took a while to check in as I think several people went to check in at the same time , the lobby was hot but a worker did get a decent fan going, the bathroom was really small but water pressure was great. The biggest issue was that the humidity level in the room must have been off somehow as every evening when we returned to our room our bedding had moisture all in them. That was extremely uncomfortable for me, even though the mattresses and pillows were really comfortable. Once I got to sleep, I slept well but it was a bit of a challenge getting to sleep… A bit overpriced in my opinion.
Good location, decent breakfast with hot and cold options, the building was cleaned well with a fresh nice smell.

The overall experience was great, but the floor in the room was sticky. Could have been something they couldn’t get up or smeared when they mopped.

Some parking spots were a little bit tight.
The room was nice and clean with hardwood flooring. The bathroom was small but sufficient and clean. Basic toiletries were also provided. Hot water and coffee was available at the lobby complementary. Breakfast options were pancake, sausage, biscuit. fruits, toast and yoghurt.

I didn’t like The strong smell of chlorine or bleach.. we had received one room and it smelled so bad we had to switch rooms. The second and final room was ok.the bath tub faucet was coming out of the wall and the shower handle would not come up to have a complete shower.
