No tissues in dispenser. No stopper for sink or bathtub. Hairdryer did not work but a replacement was available from the front desk.

Breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and fruit. Quiet, clean, and well worth the price.

Rude people with no respect for those trying to sleep. Talking loud in the hallway at 11pm. The toilet area was small no room to put the stopper to keep a hole from forming behind the door. The toilet flushed so loud

The parking was a bit inconvenient because of the large support poles blocking the way due to the parking being under the building.

The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you and in the hallway outside your door. Told staff via text response that the drain in shower was very slow but no one came to fix the problem.

The hotel was clean, cleaning staff friendly, budget friendly.

Only complaints would be ice maker on 2nd floor did not work so had to go to 3rd or fourth for ice and bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom, but both were just minor inconveniences.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The room temp was comfortable. Being not to cold or too warm. The morning breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk and juices.

The parking lot was not ideal. There are huge poles blocking several spaces, and the exit is a steep hill so it’s hard to see cars coming. Rooms are a tad dated and I didn’t like the sink being outside the bathroom. I also felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. The floor had hair on it and the bathroom had dust and hair as well.

Location was perfect! Close to attractions like Dollywood and good restaurants. We were there for the Cal Ripken tournament and this location was perfect. Only a 4 minute drive! Breakfast was good as well! And the staff and check in process was super easy! Would stay here again!

Newly renovated, easy access. Property was clean and comfortable. There was a maintenance issue with the refrigerator that was quickly addressed.
