It was overpriced and we had to wait at the reception very long because they were short on staff.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and you got good options. The staff was polite.

We traveled in a group of four and noticed that after everyone showered, the entire room felt wet. The walls, the beds, and even our clothes.

The hosts were amazing! Our car was running hot when we arrived and the battery went dead. The receptionist gave us water and even came outside to offer help. We were blown away by how attentive they were during this very stressful situation. A fellow guest jumped our car off and we were soon back to enjoying our trip!

The walls are very thin, I could hear walking and loud noises in the room above me.

The hotel is within walking distance of almost everything. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful through the whole process.

We had to request additional towels even though we said we had 4 individuals staying in the room.

We liked the room and the breakfast (served till 9:30am was good).

The parking was horrible. my car wouldn’t fit in any of the spots. The floors turned out feet black when we walked on them.

There was long black hairs everywhere. We had hair on the bed and floor. Completely disgusting . We had to use a towel that was hanging up and wet it then use that towel to no the floor and it was VERY dirty and someone’s hair everywhere.

Breakfast got cold very quick had to warm it warm which didn't taste good after it warmed up. Bed was uncomfortable, too soft.

Customer service was well outside of one person at the desk who seemed like they had an attitude. Room was clean. Coffee available all day and breakfast was provided. When asked for more blankets, they were brought promptly to the room.

The bed was real good but they are to high up. I couldn't get on them. I had to get a step stool from the office to get on bed with. And due to health I asked for a walk in shower and I didn't get it. Need someone in the breakfast room all times. In the peak breakfast time The food run out. And people had to wait for food to come out. Also we was told when to have housekeeper to clean room it would be a charge that should be included in the money we paid to stay there.

The room was very nice. Bed was good. Loved the shower head. Room was nice and clean. The night time clerk was awesome. Breakfast was ok. Have coffee out during the day.

I didn't like that I couldn't pay with cash I've never been told that at a hotel before. The sink in the room was dirty when we checked in so I asked the maid in the hallway if she could clean it for me.

Overall it was a nice room the bed was comfortable and I loved the fire place in the wall.

The room and the facilities were very good. The floor in the rooms are laminate and seemed like it needed to be mopped.

I heard a beeping coming from the room next door. Called downstairs and the lady at the front desk told me to go to the room and shut the door. How dangerous is that

Parking lot is not so easy to get into. Breakfast: biscuits need to bake longer, they were too doughy; and please change the gravy, it doesn't taste like gravy. Thank-you.

Breakfast was ok, could use a few more options and maybe bigger cups for the juice as well as sleeves for the coffee. It was hot.!

I liked that the rooms were clean and location was great!
