The beds squeaked every time you rolled over. The parking was hard due to the concrete pillars.

Rooms were very tight. No leisure chair in room. Only office type chair or bed to sit on. Beds much too tall to comfortably sit on edge unless you are exceptionally tall.

The parking was tight, sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

The only negative was the parking. The spaces were tight and the parking lot was narrow. Personally, that wasn't a problem for us. We did have to park in overflow twice, but it really wasn't a big deal to us. It's directly behind the other parking.

Loved the wide soaking bathtub and hotel location! Our room and hotel lobby were both clean. There were hot (not just waffles) and cold breakfast options every morning, which I appreciate. Before arriving, an employee sent a welcome text offering assistance. Very thoughtful and great customer service. The price is very affordable and reasonable.

Wish they had options to buy drinks when i was cashless. Also been nice if they had a pool other then that it was nice.

The tub looked old and was stained. The drain on sink was hard to operate

The only issue that I had while staying is that there is only one elevator to service four floors and it's very slow! This should have been thought out a bit better.

Booked through booking.com and was able to secure the room for $29 less than the best offer they could give me in the lobby. Check in was as simple as showing them the room confirmation screen and giving them my license and a CC for incidentals. The hotel is deocrated very sleek and modern, the room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and had an overall great experience. I would reccomend this hotel to others.

beds are to high need to take platforms off, need to tidy up your room make beds and replace towels which they don't do.

Parking tight. Beds and sheets need to be upgraded. Clean, but sheets pilled and didn't stay on the bed. AC smelled musty. Lil loud doors thin. Sink way too high up vanity should be lower.

I hated the parking lot. It was full at night and we had to park in a different lot and walk. It wasn’t terrible it was just a little inconvenient.

The bathroom was small and cramped No space on vanity. Door to adjoining room provided little sound damping. Heard neighbors all night. Couldn't get staff to get us another blanket. One even told us they didn't have any. Found a cart full.of blankets ourselves

Lack of employees when you needed something. The shower broke and would not turn off. We called the front desk but no one answered. We located 1 employee who was handling breakfast and front desk duties. She had to stop handling the breakfast duties to look at our issue. Maintenance had to be called who was not on site. 30 minutes later, the water was finally turned off. Walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The sink in our room was oddly placed and when the water was turned on the water splashed onto the floor...pretty much a safety problem. I know that costs and decor upgrades are necessary everywhere but I was not fond of the flooring. The lack of carpet or cushioning was uncomfortable.

Liked the size of the room. Staff was courteous. The motel was easily accessible and could be identified from the main parkway.
