Air Conditioner quit working and could not watch TV, just said "No Input" on the screen.

There were a lot of ants. And also the toilet auto-flushed every 30 minutes or so. Very annoying and not necessary.

The smell of curry and what I could describe as a wet dog smell. No TV remote in my room. I asked staff about getting me one, he said he’d bring one to my room and he never did show up!

The TV was on when we entered the room. Come to find out the power button didn’t work. Had to pull/plug in the power cord to turn the TV off/on. About a half hour into watching the TV the volume stopped working. Tried un plugging. Worked for another few minutes and went off again. So we didn’t have a working TV. Every time you flush the toilet the pipes whistled very loud. Breakfast was not maintained and tables were not cleaned by staff. The utility closet in the breakfast area was open on Saturday morning. Activia yogurt was being stored above the fridge. It was there from at least 7am when the first of our party ate and at least until 9:30am when our second party ate. The next morning the box was gone and the yogurt supply had been replenished. Assuming with the box that had not been stored properly.

Shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Location and price of room.

room on 2nd floor with no elevator. have 2 knee replacements so steps are hard for me. Also, fridge didn't work and hotel ice machine wasn't working so we had to buy ice although the hotel tried to provide a little but not enough for leftovers and water for a 3 night stay

Toilets were low. When you say on the side of the beds you were sliding out (hard to sit on the edges). For me, the clerk was hard to understand. He was of India descent therefore spoke broken English, spoke to fast, and punctuation was hard to understand. I know my hearing isn't the best but all in all made it hard to communicate. But he was friendly and did what he could to accommodate. Toilet would occasionally run, and shower had constant drip.

Food selection was limited. Location was good. Clean and nicely remodeled.

Beds made a lot of noise when you rolled over. Rooms booked together were in two different buildings. Apple juice at breakfast was watered down and had black specks in it. They ran out of towels

The bedbug or cockroach whichever it was in the picture that I took on my phone of it crawling up the shower curtain while I was in the shower. Management denied the picture and it was a live picture of their shower curtain. They refused to refund my money.

Smell of the room smelled like musty or mildewy the room looked clean though. Breakfast was lack luster.

Security. My tire was vandalized and even the police showed up and they weren't helpful
