Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Way too outdated, way too noisy, the refrigerator didn't work, was never replaced. Also felt like I was being accused of something up on check in. Windows so filthy you couldn't see out. Bed springs so loud, it would wake the dead. Laminate hallways everywhere, upstairs rooms, hallways, and stairs. So loud, sleep was nearly impossible. Question, who puts laminate floors upstairs. Hate to be on the room below. Thankfully my room was upstairs.

Staff were friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Room was clean and comfortable Good breakfast, which was a bonus. Vending machine on site with snacks and drinks, together with ice machine. Good location for our visit to the area.with plenty of well reviewed restaurants nearby

We had an amazing check-in thanks to the employee of the hotel. Very friendly ! The room was big and clean. Plenty of possibilities to eat around the hotel.

Exterior grounds were clean but could use a little freshening up, but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. There isn't an elevator which might bother some travelers, but I'm sure the hotel would accommodate a floor room if accessibility is of concern. The interior hallways are not air conditioned, no biggy for us but some travelers may be disappointed. We did not find these issues bothersome, but some could, and to those I kindly say, "don't stay in a budget hotel".
We enjoyed the pool, larger than Best Western down the street where we stayed previously. Very refreshing and not heated by the triple digit temps. Room was comfortable and AC nice and cold. On site customer service was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical of your standard continental breakfast, coffee, tea, pastries, cereal. Overall amenities were comfortable for being a budget hotel. For the rate we paid I was very pleased with accommodations and would return.

Breakfast was included, but there's not much to choose from.
Friendly staff, well located, small rooms but clean, with a proper air condition. Super 8 was actually better than one would expect for that price.

There was quite some noise at night and early in the morning coming from the hallway. Late in the evening I believe some guests kept on entering in each other’s rooms and slamming the doors — in the early morning the cleaning ladies were a bit loud. Or at least it seemed like that, maybe the door wasn’t isolating the sound very well. The breakfast lobby was a bit small and there was a short variety of food.
Affordable Hotel located in the cute town of Yucca Valley. There is a big supermarket right in front of the building, a few minutes away, together with other food chains and restaurants. The room was very clean and the staff nice and welcoming, always smiling.

the breakfast was just cold cereal and packaged pastry. some coffee and juice. Room, bathroom hallways need touch up deeper cleaner…
The pool was nice but the lounge chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. The room was large but beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. woke up sore.
