Loved the rooms - huge plus having a washing machine and dryer in the room was an added bonus. The pool area was great - would've had many a cocktail of they'd been available. Would recommend it to all.

Friendly receptionists, super shuttle. Walls are thin and I could hear the full movie from the neighboring room. I suggest the hotel provides ear plugs.

We liked the unit but there were a few quirks. The washer/dryer was very small. You had to open the refrigerator to open the stove. You had to open the dishwasher to open the drawer. They did best to include full size appliances in a small space. It did not prevent us from using the appliances.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to restaurants. Unit was comfortable and clean. Full size refrigerator.

Great pool area plenty of towels and toiletries. No housekeeping as such you have to ask but when asked everyone was very helpful. Shuttle bus into strip was priceless.

The bathroom needed more storage space although it was about average with what is experienced in most hotel or resort properties.

The living/kitchen and bedoom were very large, clean and quiet with an exceptional amount of storage space and amenities. The King size bed was very comfortable.

Ice machine broken on 2nd floor Bldg C, Elevator sounded like it was going to die...with us on board and terrible odor of cigarette smoke in the hallways

The rooms are dated, and the bed didn't have a blanket on it - only a few sheets. We were cold so turned up the heat.

The location of the facility is good - close enough to the strip (although we didn't go to it except for a concert at the Sphere) and close to restaurants and the highway in order to go to the parks. Our room was on the first floor and looked out on the parking lot so we kept our drapes closed, but the room had everything we needed for a 5 day tour of 3 parks for hiking, and the concert. Parking was easy and it was very cost effective.

The location of our room to the lift. The lift was somewhat noisy although it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

The shuttle bus was a great asset, the property itself was a distance from the main attractions. The shuttle bus regularly departed from the hotel and dropped off and picked up at central locations near The Strip.

The bed and pillows were super confortable, it was super clean and they were super kind, they allowed me to check in earlier than expected because I was not feeling well. I will return to this place for sure next time i'm in Vegas.

The bathroom sink was not draining properly and took a while for water to go down. The pillows could be little more firmer.

The gym left a lot to be desired (free weights, mats for stretching/yoga and overall space). I did not like that there wasn’t an option to use the amenities of the sister property; it would have been nice to have another gym option, the lazy river and kids club. There were also several appliances I had to clean before we could use them. The washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker were dirty. The spa bath tub was very nasty but I’ve long learned to always clean those if I felt I wanted to use one. I first just ran the jets with hot water in the tub to loosen up any dirty prior to cleaning and the water had a layer of yellowish brown on the top of the bubbles being made by the jets.

I loved the in room conveniences such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, blender, fireplace and balcony. The jacuzzi was also delightful and was a place I frequented each day of our stay. I enjoyed being close to the strip, EOS gym and several stores.

The location is ok. I wouldn’t say it’s super bad or even bad but it’s not a spectacular area if that’s what you are looking for. It’s not on the strip. I didn’t mind that it wasn’t on the strip, but I know for some people they might be looking for a hotel on the strip. So I don’t think it’s particularly a thing not to like, just a preference thing. It isn’t a hotel like you would think of, it is detached so it was a bit cold for us walking to our room. But it was ok. Just if you’re looking for something like a regular hotel, then you might want to look for something else.

It was clean around the property. The room was clean and spacious. We were upgraded to a bigger room because when we arrived the size we booked did not have rooms available. The pool is big and looks amazing, however we did not swim in it since it was early January and very cold outside.

The free shuttle and lack of communication on NYE left us stranded at Excalibur for 45 mins before i rang the hotel and ended up having to catch a $30 US uber home. Not something I had in my budget for!
