It's not a dislike, but it would be good if the housekeeping be available on a daily basis.

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and available at all times. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities as promised. The hotel is clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a quiet and private spot not too far away from a strip, it's a place for you.

The only disadvantage we found was that the pool area loses the sun earlier due to surrounding buildings.

Having a separate living/kitchen area was very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a toaster which was nice. The rooms are set around the pool which makes it very attractive.

It would have been great if the washer and dryer had taken credit card payments. It was difficult to find enough quarters for the machines. We were advised by the receptionist to buy something from a nearby store.

Everything was great. The best hotel in our extensive trip. Location was easy to find. The frequent free shuttles down town. The room was very spacious and really well equipped for 4 people. The laundry was useful too. We had the pool to ourselves for a couple of hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

Room was very dated, paint and water marks on the cabinet doors made it look worse. Mould/ limescale/rust all around the shower/bathtub/sinks. The carpet had red stains and rips. Felt very dark and dingy with an odd smell to it. Upon entering the room on check in we could feel heat coming from the heater in the lounge and a small gas flame was constant even though it was turned off. Spoke to reception who explained it was a pilot flame and they sent someone to completely turn it off. Seemed silly to have the air conditioning fighting the heat coming from the heater. But then.....Air conditioning was set so you couldn't go below 70°f and felt a lot hotter than that in the room (even with the heater turned right off). Reception said they would send maintenance but no one showed up. First night there was awful as we were so hot. Following day we were trying to get ready for our wedding and I couldn't put my make up on as I was sweating so much. Complained to reception (4 times) and they eventually sent someone to change the control unit. Then, the next evening, water started pouring out the filter in the ceiling (which was also showing signs of mould and decay). This was between 10-11pm, they sent someone to fix it and all the noise drilling etc caused lots of complaints from other guests. Also had to ask for the bedding to be changed as it had bird poop down one side (reception sent cleaners and it was changed) Rubbish from other guests was dumped outside our door and remained there for 2 days. The skimmers in the pool were shut off and it had debris in it. My husband had to get the net and clean the pool out so we could take our son in there. Other than having to pester over the air conditioning the staff at reception were helpful. Not sure if they didn't call maintenance about the air con or that they did and maintenance just didn't come to our room. Who knows.

That you couldn’t go into the middle pool, we thought it was a splash area for kids. It was just for decor only, we were told by security that we needed to get out.

Parking was terrible. Rooms were difficult to get to. The pool having no step was terrible don’t plan on getting into the pool. Very disappointed and due to this I will no longer stay here.

Nice pool and BBQ area, cozy and very clean room, comfortable bed, nice shuttle to the strip, kitchen area sufficient to prepare something small for two people, washer/dryer (bring quarters!) for guests to use

Was a problem with the staff someone made an error and checked out our room and givevto someone else and some people went into our room while my wife was asleep and they not even offer us an apology or anything they told me at the time of check out that st supervisor will call me but not call after some days all ready.

The room was big and the bathtub with the jetters was very nice room was fine,The pool area was nice also .

The location is not that close to the strip but this hotel provides a shuttle all day to the casino located at the strip which is perfect!! Free parking for your rental also which we needed. Clean and peaceful place to stay! Felt very safe here.

We love it here! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It’s a nice little paradise. Our one bedroom villa had a full kitchen and living room so there’s plenty of relaxing space inside and out.

Value for money off the charts. Extremely comfortable, we had a washer/dryer combo in our room which was amazing. Fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't use it). Gym was very clean and comfy

The room next to ours was having a party at 2am, 20 people, music, extremely drunk loud people. We called the front desk and asked them to tell the people to quiet down, they never did. My husband was ended up asking them to please keep quiet and that only made them louder. They went until 4am and no staff would come help us. The resort has a 10pm quiet time and they won’t enforce it or help other guests get any rest.

Couldn't find hair dryer.

Nice conference room with cold and hot water. Staff nice and very accommodating, let me use the conference room after check out. Actual room was large and comfortable, late check out not expensive. Would stay again.

Noise from other rooms, especially after midnight, was bothersome. No restaurant or bar on the premises, and the front desk was unable to give change for the vending machines in the lobby - they actually told me to go to Denny's (off premises) for change.

Off the main strip so the location overall was quiet, secure, well maintained, and well kept; the pools were both clean and comfortable.
