I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s progressively getting worse, the cleanliness has gotten worse, I don’t know what hotel has construction going on inside the hotel through the night. That’s something that should’ve been explained when people reserve a room. Also, the parking is not included, if I come to a hotel and know what the fee is, I shouldn’t get greeted at the door and told I have to pay more for parking. The floor in the room was not installed properly so it squeaks when you walk on it, there’s no carpet underneath the bed so it moves freely. The bed has spring noises just rolling over. But the bathroom was clean. The AC was not installed properly. You can see right to outside underneath the AC where is mounted there’s a red light on it saying change filter soon. The insulation is so thin. I can hear people talking quietly outside and I’m on the third floor. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again. I don’t usually give feedback like this, but thought it was necessary for you to fix the problems in the future. Sincerely Very disappointed

No heat for whole trip. Eggs were rubber, coffee was burned, croissants were very old dry n hard.

No heat. Gave us a space heater that didn't work. We weren't moved to another room like we were promised. Bianca at front desk tried to comp me $100 but haven't gotten it yet. Feel marginalized as a result.

Room dated. Bed should have been attached to base. Noisy.

Hotel was dated. Noisy from air conditioning. Noisy from the restaurant extractor fan. Breakfast very little choice. Bed was not attached to base. Bath towels small. Thought we was going to pay at end payment a card was given for $100 guarantee did not expect the full payment to be taken before we checked out

Willie, the parking attendant/concierge was AMAZING! He was so helpful with everything, directions, places to eat, etc. The desk staff were fabulous, too! They seemed genuinely happy for our success at Westminster Dog Show.

It was in a nice area and clean. The staff was very accommodating. My daughter and I arrived a few hours before check in and the staff quickly got us set up with a room. The customer service was exceptional! Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcomed!

The gentle men at the desk started my stay off wrong by nicely calling me stupid to my face, it’s crazy we have to pay for parking at your hotel , the bathroom was ridiculously small, I had a problem with my allergies because of all the dust everywhere. there was so much dust behind the tv and the bed it was ridiculous. we had to listen to the couple next to us argue from the time they got there till we left, the person at the desk took forever to answer the phone, and wasn’t even there when it came to checking out, the valley had to take our keys, The only good thing about the breakfast was the bagels, the cereal machines were broken and when I opened the lids you could smell how stale the cereal was and there wasn’t much of an option for breakfast.

The bedroom has plenty of room and we loved the balcony.
