Unfortunately, the pool was being repaired while we were there. We didn't know it wouldn't be available, but I also don't think the owners even knew it wouldn't be available. Thankfully, the weather was perfect and we were able to jump in the ocean. Knowing how many guests there would be, (3) having more towels available in the bathroom would have been great. The kitchen was nice, though it would have been nice to have a larger coffee pot and more coffee provided along with a case of water and ice. Not a ton of stuff, but these little amenities would have been great after a long day of traveling. Just something to think about providing in the future.

The location was perfect. The ocean was right out the back door. The ocean view was stunning from the balcony. Everything was clean and the size of the condo was great for 3 of us.

The condo was cramped and dark. The cleaning wasn’t quite up to our standards. Ceiling fan in bedroom caked with dust, sand still on floor from previous rental, fingerprints all over cabinet facings and kitchen appliances. The pull out mattress was uncomfortable.

The convenience to the beach was excellent.

Nothing close by to really do,except the beach or the pool. Had to drive a couple miles to shop, eat, or drink.

Beautiful location, awesome sunset view right from the balcony. The decor in the room was rustic and I loved it. Staff was extremely helpful when needed and hardly noticeable when not needed.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Tight space, squeaky ceiling fan, awful decor. The location was perfect, just needs updated!

Pool was not cleaned for several days with birds in and out of it along with leaves and sand. Unit needed some basic supplies such as dish towels, pot holders, pizza cutter, etc. WiFi went out twice. Owner/HOA was responsive to that. No actual pictures of this unit were available when booking so it was smaller than expected according to website pictures.

Location was good. Beautiful beach. Owner was responsive to minor issues brought to their attention.

Sofa beds in general aren't that comfy but I knew this ahead of time. No surprise. Bed was fine. Bring Charcoal if you need grill.

Centrally located to everything. Rabbits were entertaining if you looked for them at sunrise.

We love how close it is to the beach and ocean and the sunsets are amazing here, it was our second year in a row staying here. Great place to stay as a couple and we will be back. Our host was great to work with while dealing with a hurricane that came during our stay for a couple days.

Unit 223 B had the skimpiest furniture imaginable; very fragile; Could not even sit on the chair or lounge chair out on patio as it would just about collapse when you tried to sit; Just very ugly experience. My wife is slightly handicapped and had to use stairs; no elevator; There was no grab bar in bathtub and; Only two of the drawers in the whole place could be opened; The rest were jammed shut; The lights in living area were so dim it was very difficult to read. I'm disappointed that Booking.com did not do a little more homework about this place.

Only saving grace was that the property was in fact located on the beach

The doors between the condos was a little unnerving. No issues but it made me wonder if someone would try to get in. Also neighbors next door were a little noisy.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach. Easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. Stocked with everything soneone would need for the beach.
