Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I payed for the King suite with a hot tub. When I filled the hot tub up and cut it on lots of black stuff (scum or mold) shot out of the jets. I attempted to clean it but after acouple tries of filling and emptying it there was still noticeable dirt.

The coffee makers in the room ..a suck. They really need to be replaced and upgrade to maybe a keurig or something equivalent. Windows couldn't been washed but otherwise it' was amazing.
Everything was great as usual. Location is amazing. Ocean eddies is delicious. The whole experience is awesome.

Parking $50 a night and no breakfast area was open!

My balcony door kept opening, the battery in the fire detector kept beeping, I found a roach in my room, housekeeping didn't have any towels or washcloths for the next day.
I liked the jacuzzi and ocean view.

The room was a little outdated, not all of the lightbulbs worked, the whirlpool jets were dirty, the hairdryer was dirty and even though the receptionist said no smoking on balcony or in room … the hallway outside our room smelled like marijuana
We liked the fact that a lot of stuff was within walking distance!

Bed was too high. Could not get up in the bed. No stepstool either. Commode sits too low to the floor especially for older person.

The room needs maintenance. Wall paper peeling, the tile around the toilet broke, our phone in the room didn’t work. I told the front desk about the phone but it wasn’t changed before we left.
I loved the location, great parking, (we had a boat also). If we return to that beach to fish, we will book with this hotel.

Carpet dirty, Ants, the king size bed was so lumpy uncomfortable I had to sleep in living area on Murphy Bed!! Other side of bed wasn’t so bad. No HOT let alone warm water. We took cool showers.

The jets flying over every 15 mins. But we did not know that was in the path of the base..that was 100% on us

Very outdated and in need of a modern upgrade.
View was amazing and the rooms were cleaner then most Ive stayed at. Beds are high, but very comfy. Would stay here again.

Weird smell in the elevator and hallways. Found cobwebs in the room No coffee pot in the room as advertised. Not as clean as it could be. Staff not overly friendly or helpful

Their only elevator malfunctioned the day that we departed. The door sensors wouldn’t let the door close. Luckily you could come down, but could not go up on the elevator.
The location was good in the middle of the boardwalk. Their coffee machine was excellent as well

The hotel needs a lot of updating. And she of the furnishings are old and worn. But still clean.
There was no breakfast offered, but there is a nice coffee machine with lots of options.

There was a mini kitchen with a full fridge, sink and stovetop. A few cups and plates were furnished but no basic utensils at all and the management didn't have any but managed to find a couple plastic knives and forks. The AC started out great but each night we had to lower the temp a little more in the bedroom to stay cool until our last night we set it on 61F and still got too warm for a good nights sleep.
The location was excellent. The room was relatively clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Full size fridge. Staff was friendly. Plumbing worked well.

Kind of pricey. Nothing to great just okay kind of dated.
