We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is in middle of all the fun things there is to do while at beach. Great restaurants within a short walk, nice shopping within block each way, pier for fishing or sea watching, inlet for water sports and dolphin watching, and most of all entertainment with oceanfront and live music on boardwalk. The owners and staff are very friendly and are quick to answer any need. They offer onsite breakfast and lunch at Boardwalk Cafe where the food is delicious. It is a classic hotel and deserves the attention by being shared with all who want to visit Virginia Beach.

United Statesno air condition in elevator or hallways, was very hot and uncomfortable to clients staying for the summer. Cafe might need to be staffed with more than two people. The waitress / cashier forgot our utensils and ran around delivering food, coffee and talking to patrons before I got up to ask for silverware. She then handed me one set when there was two people in my party. We sat a good five minutes waiting while our omelets were getting cold.

United Statesthe building is old, hallways are small and cramped. Only 1 elevator, and hallways were extremely hot!!! Room air conditioner could barely keep up and condensate from the above apartment constantly dripped down us while sitting on the balcony.
