Hallways do not smell pleasant. Appearance and conditions do make for a more pleasant experience and most of the room doesn’t look updated past the 90s. With wallpaper falling off, patched ceilings, rusted tubs and old shower heads. Linens are cheap. No chairs at pool. Multiple big flies in room first day.

Great location and amazing staff. Plus staff does do a great job with room cleanliness.

Under the flight path of loud military jets. In the seedier lower section of VB.

We had everything we needed and the little balcony was right on the beach. My mother has trouble walking and standing and the staff arranged for a walk in shower on the first floor. Great parking!

On 8.30 AM in the mornings, trucks were doing construction work at besides the hotel which was a big bummer. The hotel didn't notify us whatsoever. This made the stay a lot less enjoyable as we had hoped.

The room with sea view was very nice. The room was clean and it is at the Oceanfront which made the location amazing. We could watch the sunrise from our hotel room which was a very special moment.

Welcoming front desk staff. Perfect view of the ocean from inside room and balcony. When I asked for late check out -they listened and took my need into consideration and did not flat out say no!-much appreciated.!!!!! Overall a great relaxing stay and will definately return many times!!-it’s right opposite Ocean Eddies -a wonderful spot on the the ocean to eat!

The bed wasn’t too comfortable and it wasn’t connected to the bed frame. Not a great mattress. It’s a little out dated and could use a face lift.

The facility is out dated. Thats the biggest complaint. However, there is a place for breakfast but there is none. There is a coffee machine but it wasnt very good. That cafe area would make the stay much more enjoyable if there was more then just a commercial caffee machine.

Was charged an additional $20 destination/resort fee after I paid for the room (in full) through booking. Unfortunately, the pool was still closed, and had limited hot water when showering. I must say the staff was nice, however.

Hotel overall could use some updates but for the money it was clean and convenient. The parking is a little cramped for larger vehicles.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is located close to the pier and a restaurant (Ocean Eddie's) that we liked so much we ate at twice in our 3 night stay. 🤣

The pool was not open, but didn't specify that at booking or check in time, until we asked. The jacuzzi in the room was a one person jacuzzi. Way to small for two people to relax comfortably. Not a great value for the price. The bed would sink in, in the middle so it didn't make for a goods nights rest. For a little over $500 for two nights and this being a week birthday getaway...I was not impressed. This was our second time staying here. First time the room and everything else was great. That was about two years ago. Two years later the hotel is run down and over priced.
