The jacuzzi tub was very small, couldn't fit 2 small people inside at once. Even tough for 1 person. Someone was smoking next door n skunk smell from someone smoking weed constantly but not really hotels fault. No one cleaned the room or refilled the cups n coffee for the room, finally popped in one evening n left towels n made bed.. thought it was odd time n didn't expect it.. we left each morning for hours n no one came.

Stairways were neat n clean, bed was comfy, plenty of towels, clean room. Check in man was very friendly, nice n quiet.

The Breakers Inn was a decent place with comfortable beds, a nice clean bathroom with daily maid service. Excellent views and the location was perfect, it’s a 2 minute walk to be on the beach. The hallways aren’t air conditioned and some parts of the hotel are outdated, the pool was small but overall it was great. I’m sure there are much nicer more expensive hotels in Virginia, but we enjoyed the stay.

It’s an older hotel so it is smaller and starting to be out dated a bit. They did away with their continental breakfast which I was unaware of.

It was close to beach. The whirlpool tub was nice the pool was nice.

I liked how it was centrally located and we could walk everywhere we needed to go! The free parking was an added bonus. We didn't need to move the car at all to go eat, pray, or soak up the sun by the ocean or pool.

Some of the staff was rude. We had to call for maid service. They closed the restaurant that was open for breakfast and lunch. We stayed at this hotel last year it's not nearly as nice. The elevator broke we had to walk up seven flights of stairs. They did come and fix it it broke twice

The room didn’t have a big mirror in it. Only in the bathroom! So you had to take turns doing hair and makeup! Having a second mirror would of been useful.

It was advertised as “breakfast included “ which is one reason we selected a the property, however there was nothing but complimentary coffee. The pool was very small and you have to walk around the facility to get to the boardwalk and the ocean.

The room was too dark. All of the lamps didn't have bulbs and we requested lightbulbs but never got any. The freezer part of the fridge was iced and needed thawing.

The location on the beach was a great spot. Not too crowded and near plenty of shops. The staff was friendly.

The elevator was broken everyday for a period of time. One day for over 13 hours. We were on the 8th floor and asked to be moved lower the first day it was broken… we were told absolutely no because they were booked ( and had moved people to lower floors already ). The hotel was clearly not booked full. The front desk staff were rude every day we asked about the elevator being broken . They never apologized to us or offered help us carry things upstairs. There attitude was too bad so sad! Which is a shame bc overall we loved the room and location . The pool was also great.

Air conditioner was not putting out cold air, checked filters and it had about 2" thick dust covering and preventing air flow. I washed them for you. The step over to go onto the balcony. Elevator was broken down for a few hours, we were on the 7th floor, had to take stairs multiple times. Narrow parking spaces, couldn't hardly open the door to get out without touching next vehicle. Unfriendly staff. Beds sit up extremely high off the floor, hard to get into them. Toilet sits very low to floor, hard to get up off of it.

Elevator wasn't working. AC wasn't working in the main lobby. There were a lot of gnats in the room. They had sold their restaurant, so no food was being served. Other people that weren't guests were able to get in the pool to wash sand off themselves after swimming at the beach.

The location was great. Rooms were clean and spacious.
