Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Looks a little dated, an indoor pool/hot tub would’ve been nice too. House keeping didn’t come clean she only came to see if we needed more towels… which we needed one so my husband said “just one please” but she didn’t speak English very well so he had to ask “uno por favor” lol
Rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The lady at the front desk was really sweet.

The underground parking garage was way too small my truck almost hit the top and it bent over my antenna. The balcony was too small, I couldn't see very well and, had a pillar on each side. The pool was outdoors so you couldn't swim in it to weather. The heater was very no isy you had to bang on it to make it quiet.
Loved the Location and most of the staff was friendly.

Upon arrival, the person working the front desk was not friendly and immediately gave me a bad impression of the place. Upon departure, there was a different person working and he was very friendly.
Nice basic room with view of the ocean. Overlooks the boardwalk at about 16th St.

The property is very outdated with a lot of the wallpaper peeling off and dirty carpeting
The property location is very nice. It has a balcony overlooking the ocean, which is very relaxing.

That what advertised on Booking.com, I did not receive. I was expecting jacuzzi and there was none.
The beds were comfy and Inn was at a central location. The beach view was divine!

Upon arrival Friday, front desk dude was not very nice at all. (Reminded me of the Grinch immediately). Parking! We got in on our last night around 10:15 pm and literally got the last parking space. I was so scared our vehicle was going to be hit because of where we had to park.
On the beach! It was an older facility but remarkably clean! You could tell they were trying to keep everything updated but fighting salty ocean air is rough! Even though is was cold, there were several places open we could walk to and felt comfortable doing so (even at night). Great price!

The bathroom fixtures could use an update. The shower felt like a fire hose hitting you.
The location was great. The room was as expected and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly.

Cleanliness.
The staff was amazing. My room was gross though. I found cooked pieces of white rice on the carpet and also there was a stain right by the door that reminded me of poop or blood. Off putting to say the least. Toilet was also broken and moved when ever sat on. If it wasn’t for the staff and the view I’d only give a 3 out of 10.

My bathroom needed remodeling. the tile was broke and because it was old it did not appear to be clean. the bath tub faucets were very difficult to turn especially for my Mom. very difficult.
Fantastic. i was there with my 89 year young Mom. We get separate rooms, they were able to put us next to each other. I found the room to be about $50 less than others.. location was perfect. View was excellent! beds were very comfortable, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. cafe in hotel.
