Be warned, the hotel does not have a main entrance on to the beach. You must exit the property and go through the public access point next to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, you will be up all night. The hotel must not be insulated very well cause you hear other people flushing their toilets and partying in neighboring rooms. Maybe I over looked it during booking, but this is also a smoke free property. No smoking of any sort (vapes, cig’s, canna) on the property, this included the balcony. Additionally, there is very little to no handicap accessibility in this hotel. Only exits are 2 steep driving ramps that lead to the parking areas and a large set of stairs near the swimming pool that leads to the road between hotels.

It had bed bugs and was so dirty and was lied to about everything it’s a shame we had to leave a day early because of bed bus and had to throw away so much stuff because of the nasty bugs

We first walked in and chairs and couch were ripped, then we walked in the bedroom there were stains all over the bed. Pillows looked disgusting. We were like it’s okay. We were only staying one night and had our own pillows and blankets with us. The beds were awful and moved if you didn’t very gently sit on them. When we woke up in the morning and went to take a shower the shower was clogged so my boyfriend had to unclog it. There was hair and tissue in the drain from previous people. The shower was absolutely disgusting, the shower curtain had mold on it. It didn’t look like it has been washed recently. The bathroom sink had mold and the towels had brown stains on them. The more I looked at everything I’m wondering if anything was even cleaned. Will never stay there again.

Nice room. Great location. I didn't request a handi cap room, but was told that's all they had left. The beds were uncomfortable with no box spring. I understand that it was a handi cap room so there's no threshold in the shower. Wich lead to water being on the bathroom floor.

The accommodations really need improving. The hotel is very run down and depressing. The parking is horrible with one car on top of the other. The lobby and the furnishings were ancient and truly need updating. Way over priced for what you get !!!

The location was nice. When we arrived the young man tried to tell me the only rooms available where on the first floor. I knew better. He found me one on the fifth floor amazingly lol. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The hallways and elevators were not very clean and some of the staff seemed annoyed that we asked questions.

The room's comfort level and amenities were good and everything was stocked up well.

Room 605 fridge had no shelves and mold in it. Switched me to 606 with cleaner fridge. Didn’t switch or clean fridge in 605 and gave the room to my sister. We both had medication to refrigerate. Had to spray the adjoining room 607 for my brother with a newborn and toddler. It seeped into my room. We had to go outside in the cold to get away from the smell. Dirty, bugs and roaches. No maintenance person onsite.no longer rent bicycles.

I didn't know where the designated smoking areas were, but on Saturday morning I could smell marijuana from my balcony. The beds were too high. I'm only 5'2". needed a little step stool . Didn't understand why only one bed was made up after the 1st night.

The room was clean, that is very important to me. Overall I was pleased with the room. I've stayed here before.
