We were given a room that was against a wall on the balcony and couldn't see to the right up the beach The air in the room wouldn't get cool enough but it was very cool down in the office And the pool was a lil small and closed way too early

Hot smelly hallways and elevator. Pool is smaller than a small backyard pool, and there are always 20 screaming kids in it. Parking is horrible. You're lucky if you get a spot on site. They give you a pass and tell you to go to the public lot next door and walk back. If you ask front desk for something (I.e., towels, toilet paper) they tell you to go find a housekeeper. The housekeepers are sweet, but some don't speak English and I'm not spending an hour on the ONE slow elevator searching every floor. Room clean but very dated. Room was the least of my complaints. No entrance to hotel or pool from beach area. I can understand not wanting random people to come into pool, but only option was to walk up a steep ramp on side and into first floor where registration is. No breakfast, which booking said was included-only really bad coffee available. I typically never complain or even review, but this hotel deserves it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not much. If you're into hoards of people and not being able to find a decent spot on the beach, you'll like the location.

it was advertised as free parking on site, what it did not say was, 1 car free parking and the 2nd car was $50 a night. Also the day we got there, July 4th, there was no parking for either car for several hours. It also said breakfast included, well they did have coffee one morning, no creamer and nothing else. The front desk was less than helpful bordering on rude. Pool is very small, and there is no railing to walk down the steps. There where minimal chairs at the pool, so people couldn't just walk down and find a chair.

The room was super clean and comfortable and the gentleman, Matthew at the front desk was fabulous.

They only have one elevator. The pool only had one entry, and the visitors were overlapping the lines taking up two parking spaces and making parking spaces. Tell the person at the front and nothing was done. People parked without parking passes.

I found a cock ring in my hotel room, the whirlpool Jacuzzi released some black stuff when it was running, and the hotel bed sheets were stained I never ended up staying my full stay. I ended up checking out early because of how disturbing it was. It's unfortunate because be and my girlfriend were looking forward to our trip but the whole hotel experience messed it up. Thinking about it now I should've taken photos of everything wrong so I have proof but it didn't cross my mind I was to grossed out about the bed and the sex ring I ended up just sleeping on the floor. I had to but the AC up I turned the heater on so I wouldn't get cold I guess I liked that ac system even though it messed with my girlfriends allergies it kept us warm all night.

When we checked in our room the bathroom was not clean. it had dirty towels in the floor the tub and toilet was dirty. no clean towels. I called the front desk and they said they will send someone to check it.. the person came and looked at it and said they would send somebody to clean it.. I went to the front desk because I wanted to talk to them about the room because my family was worried about the cleanliness of the rooms we got..The front desk person said sometimes that happened they may forget to do the bathroom for me that was a terrible turn off how do you forget the bathroom when cleaning rooms

The hotel was run down. We got the room with the whirlpool and we couldn't even use it because the door that opens up the plumbing kept falling off. The hallways weren't air conditioned and the elevator randomly worked when it wanted to. Minimal parking and my car gets scratched from the front to the end from the small parking spots.

The dirty bedspread when we arrived AND the ROACHES in the room on the second.night of our stay!!! The refrigerator only got cool the 2nd afternoon .Water ran out from under the refrigerator the first night.

The only complaint I have is the front of the whirlpool tub was broken, and just a very big eye sore. it looked like they tried to stick it back on using scotch tape, which of course kept coming off….. we could see all pipes underneath the tub

Parking spots were a bit tight, but there was no issue finding a spot to park.

Located right on the beach this property was perfect for our visit. The room was clean, beds comfortable and parking was literally right outside our room. There is a small pool we did not use. We had a small balcony facing the beach and boardwalk. The hotel is close to eateries and stores and a block from the pier. Staff was very nice.

Parking was tight. Swimming pool was very small for the amount of rooms they have. Could not lock the balcony door and the balcony was narrow. Hallway was very narrow also. I did not see much staff. Almost out of toilet paper and they would only give me one roll and no spare. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was out dated. At times it was uncomfortable sitting on balcony due to a strange odor.
