parking was very limited & cramped. Although the property is "non-smoking" the hallways & elevator smelled of smoke.

The walls was dirty the whirlpool was dirty and there water wasn’t hot for shower or for whirlpool and that was purpose of price increase was whirlpool we didn’t get to enjoy

We weren't ready to come home yet.

How close to the venue went for. Also, awesome breakfast places within walking distance. We were right on the beach and had access to a playground right on the beach. The Broadway was awesome directly infront if the hotel. Beautiful view from our oceanfront balcony.

Did not like the hotel front desk workers they weren't friendly them were just there. Housekeeping staff I don't know what they really do. They didn't wipe down anything I was there 3days they didn't restoke coffee nor the cups or plastic liners for ice bucket. Not once did they vacuum and never left the right number of towels. I had a spa tub in the room only used it once because it took too long to fill it not enough press an the water was cold before I really got to relax in it. I paid good money for for nothing.

View was great from 607. Being off season, it was very quiet after 10 when the jets and helicopters stopped flying over. Jeremy was extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly.

There was absolutely no hot water coming from my shower. Of course I realized this at the end of the night and not when I first got there to see if maybe it was just a room location problem or an overall problem throughout the hotel. Also no water pressure at all but that's most hotels. Another issue I had was with my door lock...It didn't work when I closed my door. Anyone could just come right in. The front staff was quick to respond and had maintenance come out, but I was up all night thinking anyone could just come up and open my door again.

The pool was not open. Our timing was too early.

The location was convenient. The view from our balcony was perfect. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could watch the dolphins swim right from the balcony in the morning.

The Jacuzzi was not in a private setting and there wasn't a kitchen in the room like the one I saw on the original photos but other than that everything else was amazing.

The water took 30 minutes to get warm. We had to pull the frozen ice off the back of the refrigerator because it was not cooling. Complained about the water issues twice. The 1st time no one ever came the 2nd time was told it wasn't anything that could be done
