I booked because it said breakfast included.. there was no breakfast. Air conditioner was very dirty with black stuff. Theu did clean it next day. Night shift front desk worker was rude When my daughter could not get coffee from machine he told her Read The Directions. She said i did he then went to try he could not get it working. The cleaners had put lotion next to shampoo , i should not have assumed it was conditioner. Never would i stay there again

I thiught breakfast was included in the price, paying 750 for 2 nights. The facility says smoking is prohibited but in the basement parking smells of weed was so strong. Saw a couple in the car smoking weed. Waited for 30 minutes to check in as nobody in the reception desk.

The parking was very tight and is "first come, first served." Not well lit in the bottom of the parking garage. I never met one friendly staff member and was met with sarcasm several times to questions I had asked. The building is very outdated, and there's no air conditioning on the upper floors in the hallway. There's only one elevator for the entire building, and it sounds as if it is going to go out at any time. The ice machines were very old and half melted ice. The room we had said it had a refrigerator. It was a mini fridge, so keep that in mind before you stay. The coffee maker was a one cup. I was unaware before booking that there's zero smoking on the balcony, but there's a small "smoking area" near the entrance door. However, the smell of mariquana was coming in from somewhere (we were on a upper floor, so it wouldnt be coming from anywhere but somewhere in the building) The beds were very tall and very uncomfortable. Pillows were thin and thin blankets on the beds. Shower pressure is not very good. Overall, in my opinion, for the money you pay for a beachfront hotel, I'd stay somewhere else.

It had a beautiful beach front view, and the pool was nice but very small. The room was clean, and there were plenty of soda machines. Right at the pier and boardwalk.

Not what I expected, foul old mold smells, septic smells after using sinks also clogged then smells erupts once drained. Only elevator always broken hiked up 5 flights of stairs. Mold spots on ceilings and walls from leakages. Just wasn’t what booking said it was.

The lamp was broke, sink and bed too high, no café as advertised, the safe wouldn't open, the man who was there at checkin was very rude , no lobby or place that 3 rooms could meet for delivery food, no A/C in hallways, cobwebs by curtain and chips of paint off of the toilet, balconies had cement walls between rooms, refrigerator shelves were all broke

Elevator down multiple days during our stay especially our last day there of check out. My fiance and I have a two year old so during check out we had to take turns packing our stuff down 8 flights of stairs. I actually got stuck in the elevator right before check out time becasue they forgot to put the sign up on our floor. We did get a small discount but after reading prior reviews it must happen quite often. The parking is awful also even for a compact vehicle.

They need little more training for staff. A bit more attention from management. Every person I interact with was ignorant and indifferent. I spent half a day without opportunity to go out because elevator was out of order and, as receptionists were saying "nobody knows when will be fixed" Update: elevator start to work about 3pm. But next day it was broken again, and firefighters was called to save one of the guests who spent part of his morning stuck there. For check-out I got no help with my suitcase because "no staff available currently", and needed to bring it 5 stories by stairs because it was almost 11am.. I was offered "compensation" in amount of $29.98 for inconvenience, and I'm honestly think it's just ridiculous comparing to money I paid for 3 nights.

The room had visible mold on the ceiling. Sand was in our freshly made bed. Elevator broke down 3 times during our 3 night stay so thankfully we only had to walk to the 4th floor with bad knees. Clientele is less than desirable if your looking to relax and have some peace and quiet.

This hotel should be rated a lot lower. Mabe a 4. The hotel is old , very dirty is side and out side of room. Cobwebs ,dirt on the floor, dust just as it was never cleaned. Staff stold food from the refrigerator. Pillows flat cheep. Had to have maintenance 2 times to fix things. The area was nice. Short walk to beach.

Alot..... Especially all of the old beds and mattresses in the parking garage and se of the staff was kinda what I like to call unfriendly or unpersonable...... I also don't understand why the city has the telephone pedestal tore apart and the water meter uncovered. I also didn't like that they cut off beach access from the pool and vice versa.

I've stayed at this location for years and it has apparently changed ownership and it's supposedly getting torn down in 3 years if not before is what I was told by the older gentleman who has worked there 16 years. The hallways were blazing hot,the elevator was like a pressure cooker and the rates for what I got was absurd. If it's still up when I come back, I won't be staying there.

The pillows were pretty basic (sort of flat and not easily bendable). They got the job done but compared to the bed which was awesome, they left us wishing for a little better.

The property is older but they have worked to make the place look nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large for comparable rooms at the beach. The beds were brand new and very comfortable. The room was chilled nicely when we entered with no scent of moist staleness that you get at some summertime beachfront hotels. All the textiles were good quality (sheets, blankets, towels). They are strict about no smoking and that was great! We liked the option to park under the hotel as that felt better than outside near Atlantic Ave. Prime location near the pier. A clean, comfortable no-frills property which is perfect for beachgoers who spend little time in the room. Overall: Awesome! Will stay there again.
