Sounds silly....but not enough hooks or bars to hang wet towels or bathing suits in the bathroom!

The room was lovely! We were able to get in our room upon early arrival. This enabled us to enjoy several hours of pool time that we would otherwise have missed! The staff was very friendly and courteous. All staff... from the front desk to the young man washing the windows! The grounds were super maintained! The available prebagged ice and bottled water provided was great! Loved the towels provided at the pool! The breakfast included was adequate!

Everything was beautiful. The decorations of the resort are really pretty. The rooms are nicely appointed everything you need. The breakfast could be higher quality and I agree with somebody else’s point that there is a lot of plastic being used here. I wish they would stop.

Coffee was OK, could do a bit better there...a little weak. Tha'ts all.

The staff was responsive and friendly. I appreciated the texting communication system and my requests were answered very quickly. The Hydration Stations were Amazing! The facilities and amenities were great!!! The pool's cleanliness and the presentation of the landscaping was very nice. Thank you for doing a great job!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, with a beautiful pool area that made it easy to relax. The food was surprisingly good with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay again!

Way too much plastic usage in the property. Plastic cups, plates, utensils. Everything is plastic. I did not see any glasses or ceramic in use, even for cocktails

I paid almost double the price by pre booking. I feel a bit cheated as if I had booked nearer the time I would have got the same room for half the price. Saving a few hundred dollars. A lesson learned when on a road trip....check your pre booked rooms to see if the prices have dropped drastically.

I had asked to add one person to my room. I had 2 double beds and had 2 people staying and asked for one more. Hotel rejected it. Never answered my email request. I did book through booking.com that got rejected. My sister had to book her own room which cost her a ridiculous amount of money. I do not understand why with a additional small fee and resort fee what she could not be added to my room. I tried to do all before cut off. That was one think that was awful.

Had breakfast in our room since the white bread, bagels, eggs and sausage, sweetened yogurt, processed orange juice, didn't appeal to us. We like fresh fruit, unsweetened yogurt, unprocessed oatmeal and berries for breakfast. What is it with these people? Life can be simple and healthy with a little effort. Oh they did throw us a bannana like a monkey in a zoo.

The pool and outdoor bar, endless towels, room cleaning daily, very comfortable beds, realtively quiet and close to downtown Key West. Easy parking and friendly staff--if you can find somebody who speaks English.

Nothing at all. It was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is absolutely spectacular—the location, the pristine facilities, everything is top-notch. However, the breakfast could be improved. The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
