Nothing. It was about perfect. Getting into the parking lot was confusing at first, but an easy thing to sort out.

the staff was friendly and really helpful. the accommodations were exceptional. I was super happy about the size of the room and the amenities offered. I will definitely book again at The Carriage House.

Couple of the staff members on the desk at the end of our stay were not so friendly as the first ones we had and a bit rude.

The location was excellent. You could easily walk to all the best places in Las Vegas, yet the hotel Was pleasantly quiet. No casino in it so very peaceful

I was expecting a courtesy laundry soap and drying sheets.

The facility is very clean, spacious room, a fully equipped kitchenette. Just a short walk from The strip but still a quiet environment. No resort fee and free parking. Same street as Wyndham Desert and Grand Chateau with more affordable rates. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

No breakfast. Room was very noisy. We had room 609 and we could hear everyone in the hall and the guy beside us toward the elevator. If we stay again I will request a room at the end of the hall. My wife couldn't sleep because of the noise. I would have complained to the front desk but we wasn't staying but 3 days. She had unpacked everything and she didn't want to pack and unpacked again. We had been on the road for a week before getting here.

Was there for short time to see show at the sphere. About 30 min walk. Nice complete kitchenette . Quiet. Did not smell like smoke. No casino. Near airport.

We liked everything, we had very late check-in, and personal was friendly at the deep night time, room was clean, breakfast was good. What we didn't know - you should leave a deposit of about 100$. If everything is OK after check out- they refund money.

Location is a little bit far from strip, around 15tons walk to Coca-Cola store. 10Mins to monorail station(needing to go through the building)

Space in room is really big and there is a. Small kitchen in the room. Easily to cook everything you want. Staff is also kind.

Unfortunately, when we visited there was a construction taking place opposite our window which caused a lot of noise from very early in the morning. We were not told about this beforehand.

I liked the size of the room. It was a fully serviced apartment. Very clean and cozy. There was an option to buy water, and other consumables at reception area which saved us a trip to the supermarket.

When you first check in, the lobby door only opens with a key, so you need to ring the bell. The bell didn't seem to work so I had to wait for someone to walk out.

Cost to do laundry in the shared laundry room was quite expensive.

Great location just off the Strip. Room had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen as well. Staff were so helpful and room was refreshed daily to a high standard.

Pool was under construction

Spacious one bedroom suite with full kitchen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and security was seen patrolling the lot. The hotel was secure also. You needed your key card for the front door and the elevator. Front desk staff were very nice. This hotel is off the strip but close to it. Very quiet stay.
