There were no dining facilities in the hotel, no bar and, aside from a tiny gym area, no leisure facilities.

The location is amazing, just or 5th Avenue and Strow from the Rockefeller Centre.

Nothing really, I had seen complaints about no daily cleaning but we didn't miss that at all.

The room was a great space, very comfortable and lots of space to spread out. Lovely big bed, great floor to ceiling windows and a great size bathroom. WiFi fast and reliable. Tea and coffee provided and topped up as soon as we asked. Also provided prosecco and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary on arrival. Japanese toilet an added bonus, and they were very accommodating with storing our luggage on checkout day.

While very attractive, all the chairs and the chaise in our room were not comfortable, alas.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room had a wall of windows and an electronic system for raising and lowering the shades and blinds! Gorgeous bathroom with heated toilet seat, not kidding!

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

The hotel unfortunately didnt have a designated seating area for us to sit and wait for our airport taxi.. We had to wait at the Terrace and if we needed to use the restroom we had to go downstairs in the lobby. Lobby has a very small sofa that doesnt fit us.

The room barely had enough space for two persons. There were some niggles that can be easily fixed such as no hanger for coats and jackets (despite the existence of a long corridor with plenty of roof) and a single towel hanger in the bathroom. And of course the price was really high at $400+ per night without breakfast.

The location is superb for visiting New York. You are in the absolute center of Manhattan. The hotel staff was very polite and efficient. The room was quiet and had loads of storage space as well as plenty of electricity outlets for charging all our devices at once. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a feeling of understated luxury both in the room as well as in the lobby of the hotel.

Wow where to start, amazing sized rooms, fantastic staff who were friendly and warm every time we engaged and they engaged with us. Clean, tidy, bent over backwards to help us with travel information, taking in packages we had delivered. The best experience we have had in NY, Sorting cabs out for us - assisted with bags........ My go to place for NY and an amazing location for NY

Noise through window glass

Location, clean and updated, friendly staff. The noise outside easily transferred through the windows, I know it's NYC and loud, and updated , possibly triple pane glass, would be more energy efficient and further cut noise, and this may be a competitive advantage as well. It was a good room, though and the tv was huge!
