We happened to stay overnight on a cold night in the 30s F. The windows seem to be original 1900s vintage and leaked the cold air into our room. Luckily, the modern room heater/AC worked well and ran much of the night to counter the outside air. But, the experience didn't make us cold and contributed to the feeling of experiencing the old west, even with our faux brick bedroom wall. Also, the room doesn't have space for luggage without taking up seating space, nor is there more than walking space besides and at the foot of the king bed. The hallway and coffee bar is restored to look original. It was a fun stay!

This old west style hotel above the great bar and restaurant delivers on the feeling of old times. Nicely remodeled, small room. The bedding and bathroom are luxurious and modern. The main floor restaurant is delicious, yet pricey. The view is as good as any of the few other places in town. The fun, walkable small town has good restaurants, bars and shops. I thought the prices in the shops were low.

Could have used plastic cups in bathroom. Coffee cream had turned in kitchen. Initially had to park far away from hotel. Moved car the next morning closer.

Food in restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was not attached to room but was not a problem.

This place is fantastic. Its right above the restaurant. Our room had a tremendous view of the valley and mountains. Incredible. We stayed in the Memories of the Heart room and the room as perfectly decorated in a warm and inviting theme. Clean and tidy. When we stopped in for dinner, we did not have a reservation but when we told Mike the manager we were staying there, he said he would text us when something came available. So we just went upstairs and relaxed and sure enough a little bit later, he texted us and we came down and sat at the bar and had a couple of wonderful drinks from Thadeus at the bar and the dinner was magnificent. The food was so delicious. We even ate breakfast down there the next morning and it too was scrumptious. Great experience with a wonderful staff.

For the handicapped, there isn’t an elevator to access the rooms which are located on the second floor.

It held the charm of a historic mining town with all the contemporary amenities. Clean, exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was the best of all we experienced in an 11 day trip from Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon through Sedona and beyond.

The problem is with booking.com and not with the hotel. Booking.com does give accurate information. The room we booked actually had the bathroom located outside of the room. It is the only room with this particular layout. Mike the manager was able to switch our rooms, but had the hotel been full we would not have been able to switch rooms. I highly suggest you book directly with hotel so that you are fully aware of what room you are getting.

The room was beautifully decorated. The room was very clean. The little cantina was adorable. It has coffee, tea and water. It has a washer and dryer. Iron and Ironing board. I would stay here again. And Mike the manager, he is so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious.

If i have to say something the stairs. However after walking the flights in Jerome they were not a problem !!

The size of the bathroom was amazing. It was modernly decorated and loved the cozy feeling. Check in was a super easy process. loved it we could use the washer/dryer super handy right by the coffee/tea area they also provided detergent and dryer sheets. The onsite bar and restaurant is fenomenal.

We reserved the last available room which was very nice but was street facing so a little noisy. It is definitely not the hotel’s fault but just a heads up for future guests.

Clinkscale is conveniently located and easy walking distance to just about everything. The staff were very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic.

Lots of character and history at the Clinkscale. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom amenities and very clean. Friendly staff and great restaurant and bar with a jazzy New Orleans kind of feel to it. Would love to stay again.
